this is my second story.
It was another day for me. I got up walked to school attended shitty ass classes and as I was walking back home I had my headphones on and didn't hear the (creeper) car behind me.
*BANG*
all I could feel was pain then nothing. And the last thing I thought before I died was that I forgot to lock the door before I left home. After that there was darkness I felt nothing I could see nothing but I could still think and there was so many things going through my head such as "why?, who?, is heaven real and what am I going to do?".

Y/n:huh
Then a bright flash of light enveloped me and...i could see and feel. But the main thought I had was who?
*I turn around to see the person I was not expecting to see....morgan Freeman*
Y/n: Morgan freeman you died too
Morgan freeman: no and I'm not Morgan freeman....i am god I just took this form so you wouldn't freak out
Y/n: .....ok so if your talking to me then I'm pretty important
God: very good incite y/n... you weren't suppose to die at that moment...you were suppose to live a long happy life but like humans I make mistakes even though I AM god
Y/n:so what now am I being reincarneted*I say jokingly*
God:*gives me the yeah no shit look*
Y/n:oh...your serious
God:yes very....now I'm feeling generous and curious.....and I'm also bored. The way humans live everyday is often the same but I wanted to shake things up a bit so I'm sending you to wherever you want and have any power you want as long as I'm ok with it.
*my mind is running a million miles an hour because I can be any thing and go anywhere...i at first wanted to go to the world of remnant but then I remembered another show I used to watch that was really good and I wanted to get that experience and in all honesty issei did a shitty ass job of being the red dragon emperor.
Y/n: I wish to be reincarnated into high school dxd
God: and why is that?
Y/n: you have to agree with me that issue was a terrible protagonist I want to fill in his place... and no not get rid of him just put me in as an extra character
God:*snicker*ok you got me there y/n very well I will, now, onto what you want to be and what powers you have
Y/n: do you want me to list them
God:I can keep up and if there are ones that are questionable I will ask but remember I still have a say in it
Y/n:ok the first thing I wish to have is saiyan cells
God:*deadpan* really? Ok
Y/n: I'm not going to question it, alright before I travel there I wish to be taught under and trained by niv-mizzet, nicol bolas, and son goku
God:ok why bolas you realize he is the most evil being in that planarverse
Y/n:yes but his cunning and wits are unrivaled I'm not trying to be evil just smart plus not only to have ki but his kind of magic are you kidding me I would be almost unstopable
God:very well then carry on
Y/n:ok the next thing is if I need to train I wish to have a hyperbolic time chamber/gravity room and the modifications to it is that when me or somebody else is in it they don't age, I am able to summon a copy of any being to spar against and unlimited food and senzu beans
God:alright done but why the non-aging factor
Y/n:if I went in there for a week and come out I'm gonna look old as hell and people are going to question it
God:ooookay very well go on
Y/n: is it ok to have 2 sacred gears don't worry they won't be too overpowered
God:i will make my decision once you state their names and power
Y/n: ok the first one will be called "dragon's majesty" and the being inside the sacred gear will be "the scion of the ur-dragon" it's ability is to change my power and appearance to any dragon that exists in that universe or any other universe
God:alright what are the limits to it
Y/n: I can only use a dragon's certain ability for 15 minutes and if I want to change into another dragon before time runs out then that form will take 15 minutes but only the power will be carried over to the new form and added onto it if I decide to change forms before the 15 minutes are up
God:very well go on
Y/n:my second sacred gear is going to be called "monsters majesty" it will allow the ability to transform into any monster from the monster Hunter franchise. The same rules apply for this gear from dragon's majesty but the power and ability don't get carried over if I decide to change my form early and it has a major energy tax from using though it's worth it
God: very well now is that all for power
Y/n:yes
God:ok onto appearance then
Y/n: ok I'll look like this as without balance breaker at all

God:now for your training how long do you want it to last and when do you want to be transported to the universe
Y/n:2 years and I want to be transported a week before issei dies to get a feel of it
God:very well, now that all of that is sorted out farewell and try not to do anything stupid

God:yeah I know *he snaps his fingers and a bright flash of light consumes me and changes me to everything I asked* your other things will arrive in your room when your two years are up. They will be in capsules, now then have fun *he snaps his fingers a second time and I pass out*
