~ Part eighteen ~

Tzuyu's Pov.

"Tzuyu! Explain this!" Sana came in running to my room and I turn to her in shock "Gosh! Don't scare me like that" I said to her, She hands me her phone and stood there with her arms crossed. "What?" I ask her before looking down on her phone and there was a picture with me and Taehyung together at the restaurant, I clear my throat and looked away "That's not me" I lied, She scoffs "Oh don't even think about it" She takes her phone out of my hands and showed me another picture with us holding up the light up lantern.

"This is you and your friend" She emphasizes the word 'friend', "Fine yes we did went out after the photoshoot" I admit, "Well I know that, tell me why though? I thought you two were friends" She said, "Yeah friend's hanging out" I raised my eyebrows. "What do you think Jungkook is feeling right now?" She asks, I sighed "I don't care about him anymore, he messed up very bad and I gotta get over it which I did" I shrugged, "And he shouldn't care what I'm doing, he's not apart of my life anymore" I added.

Sana looks down at her phone closely,
"Do you by chance like Taehyung?" She asks suddenly and I start to flush quickly "Eh? Li-like him? Are you kidding?" I stutter, "We're just friends Sana" I laughed nervously and start to fidget my stuff on the table, "Pft like him, you're such a kid" I mumble.
In a second thought, his smile, face, personality and smell, did I already mention face? OH MY GOSH! I do like him!

I quickly turn to Sana with a shocked face as she nods slowly with a smugly face, "That tells me you do" She says, I cover my forehead "Omo! What the heck!" I said, "And here I thought he would catch feelings first" She says,
"Sana! I like him!" I place my hands on her shoulder. "Yes, yes you do Tzuyu" She nods, "Is that a good thing?" I asked, "Depends, if he likes you back and you truly like him" She replied, "Well what should I do?", "Act like the way you were before, chill and just be you" She pats my back.

"By the way are you going to that New york fashion week?" She asks me, I nod "Yeah why?", Her lips curve into a smirk and let go of her shoulder "What are you thinking?" I say with a confused face.

Taehyung's Pov.

"You seem excited" I said to Jimin as I shove some extra clothes into my bag, "Are you kidding? This is my first time going in a fashion week in New York!" He says in excitement, I nod understandingly "Anndd we're going with your girlfriend" He elbows me when walking pass, I scoff "She's a friend Jimin, I don't think I'd even get a chance with her, I'm way out of her league" I said.

"Oh please, at least you can treat her right unlike any other boys" He says, I shrug "I don't know, I mean ever since Jennie broke up with me I just felt numb and kept questioning myself on what I did wrong", "You didn't do anything wrong Tae, She was afraid that you'd lose feelings so she ended it". "Well do I act like I don't like them?" I asked him "No girls just overthink too much and we're just there to support them and be by there side" He pats my shoulder and zipped up his bag.

I place my bag down beside my bed and start to work on my computer,
"Hey check these out" Jimin stood by me and showed me his phone It was a picture of Jungkook and a girl, he was wearing all black and a mask "He finally made an appearance" Jimin says, I look at the picture closely and they're both holding hands, the girl even looks happy. "Dang I never thought he'd get over it" Jimin whispers, "He already did when he cheated" I said and looked away as Jimin sat down on his bed "Do you think he regrets it?" He asks, "Don't know but he knew what he did and he will soon probably" I replied while typing.

"We all make mistakes and sometimes we can't fix the problem, it'll just remain in your life" I said while focusing on my computer, my phone rings and I grab it "Hey Tzuyu" I said over the phone and Jimin quickly focused on me, "Hi! Uh just letting you know we'll be picking you guys up in 20 minutes since the private jet will get here early" She replies, "Oh cool we'll be ready by than" I said, "Okay Bye Tae", "Bye" I smiled and we both hung up.

"What's up with your smile" Jimin asks as I place my phone down and I looked at him "Nothing", "Well that smile does give off something" He smirks "You were smiling because of  her huh?" He adds and I ignore him and went back to my computer, before he could say something his phone vibrates, "Oh my dad came, I gotta meet him outside, I'll be back" He says and leaves the dorm. A few minutes went by and a knock comes making me get up to see who it was and I opened it and Jennie was behind there with an oversized sweater and leggings, looking unconscious "Hey" I said to her, "Hi" She says looking down.

"Uh are you okay?" I ask her and she nods slowly "Yeah I'm fine" She gives me a half smile, "Well you look sick, come in" I opened the door wider for her and she enters, "I um hope I'm not bothering you or anything" She says as she sat down on the couch, "Oh please no I was just doing some work" I said and hand her a bottle of water.
"So something happened?" I ask her after she took a sip, "Not really, I've just haven't been feeling well and wanted to say hi" She replies, "Oh did you go to the doctor?" She shakes her head "No, I only took some medicines", "Okay" I nod.

"So um I hear you're hanging out with Tzuyu now" She smiles and I can tell it's not real, "Yeah I'm helping her with some stuff" I said, "How is she holding up with the breakup?" She asks, "She's doing good, I think she's over it already", She nods while looking at the bottle "Listen" She looks at me and I turned to her, "What I said about her a few weeks ago, I lied about it okay she's a good girl", "I know" I nod and her face is shocked, "You know?", "Yes and you don't have to act like a different person just because we're not together anymore okay, I was actually hoping you'd get better I mean you are but just not-" She cuts me off "I know what you mean", I sighed "I'm sorry if that was rude" I said.

She shakes her head "You're right" She shrugs, "You're always right about everything Tae", "I really want what's best for you Jennie I don't want you going around being like that, I want people to see who the real you is" I said. She smiles at me as a tear drop on her face and I bring her in a hug, "Thanks Tae, I appreciate that" She says and rub her back "Don't thank me", The door opens making us break apart and Jimin enters with his eyebrows raised.
