Ariana frowned as her manager yelled at her. She had been doing this for a good month or so.
"I don't understand what you want me to do!" She yelled back frustrated with the way her manager was acting.
"You've been releasing albums back to back, you're burning out" Her manager stated simply, not holding back anymore.
She frowned at the sudden revelation.
"No one sees the hype in you anymore" Her manager, Romona, stated.
That couldn't be true, people still loved her, didn't they?
"So management has come up with a plan, you're going to date Y/n Y/l/n!" She said excitedly giving her a wide smile.
Ariana perked up at the mention of a unfamiliar name.
"Who's that?" She asked her manager curiously.
Her manager gave her a 'are you serious' look and took out her phone.
"Wow you really do live under a rock" Her manager said.
She frowned again at how her manager was being so blunt and insensitive towards her.
"The lead singer of this girl group" She said showing her a picture of the girl.
From her perfect skin to her beautiful smile. Ariana wouldn't mind dating her.
"What girl group is that again?" She asked, forgetting the name already.
"Faded" Romona said giving off a smile for the second time in forever.
Ariana thought about everything for a second and it was true.
She wasn't getting as much attention and her last album Universe didn't get any attention at all.
She wasn't on the charts anymore and her fans weren't interacting with her like they did years ago.
Her career truly was over unless she did this. Plus Y/n didn't seem like a bad girl.
She searched her up and her reputation seemed great.
She thought it over again and nodded her head with a wide smile.
"Okay, I'll do it!" She said excitedly, smiling at Romona.
She left the building with a sigh of relief as she texted her best friend Victoria.
Vic: Y/N Y/L/N?!
Ari: I KNOW RIGHT
Vic: does she know?
Ari: i don't know mona didn't discuss that with me
Vic: she should this isn't a one sided thing, she's the worst manager
Ari: ik but she's trying
Vic: don't let her overwork you
Ari: okay, i love u
Vic: i love u too
I checked my messages and saw I had a few messages from Romona.
Mona: we're having a meeting with them tomorrow
Ari: okay good, talk tomorrow
I closed my messages and decided to just get on snap and take a picture.
I got home and played with my dogs, took a shower, and then went to sleep.
