Dream
It was dark and cold while a defining silence crept into the darkness "Shishi" I turned around to see nothing until I turned around to see Zeze staring at me with emotionless eyes "Zeze?" I asked and was about to walk to him but I fell into the abyss screaming for Zeze only to blackout
Reality
I woke up with a fright and tears in my eyes and started crying forgetting that meliodas was right beside me waking up.
When he saw me in tears he immediately wrapped his arms around my shaking figure and held me close to him as I cried quietly.
After a while I calmed down while meliodas sways side to side
"It's ok Taka it was only a nightmare" he says
"But I saw him meli" I said
"Who?" He asked
"Zeze" I say as I feel him tense up at the nickname I gave my mate years ago
"He won't be the same" I sighed until small cooing can be heard from the other side of the room before it escalates to one crying..... then the other crying
I hear meliodas chuckle before getting up and getting Zeak and Luca
"Well at least you can substitute for him" I say to myself smiling as meliodas carries both of them to be fed by me
"Yea" he says holding me close and smiling at his two new nephews who are happily eating away
"But I could never replace him..."
