It had been 4 years since I saw Shrek. We texted everyday but both of us were always too busy to meet up. I had become a doctor and helped many patients get better from all sorts of illnesses.
One day I decided to surprise visit Shrek. I packed up my things for a three day trip to meet the love of my life. Today was my last day at work before I went off to see him.
"Doctor Y/n we have a car crash patient coming in." Another doctor told me.
I nodded and went to meet the paramedics with the patient who was apparently hit by a car being chased by the cops.
I gasped when I saw who the patient was.
"Shrek!" I said in terror.
