Reminder that it's okay to get therapy. It's okay to reach out for help. You're not dragging anyone down, you're not putting a burden upon anyone else, there's people out there that love you and want to help you. Even if you don't think your misery is bad enough for help, you shouldn't battle some of your inner demons alone, or else things will get worse.
Live your life to the fullest, it's no fun drowning in misery. I'm trying to learn this myself.
