Still Jasmine's POV
Once we finally reached the movie theater it was about 8. We all walked into the "lobby" of the movie theater and walked to our group of friends. The group stopped talking once they noticed Natalie and Nash's intertwined hands. All of sudden they started doing woof calls and whistle and cheering for Nash and Natalie. They were just blushing. It was hilarious but cute.
After everyone calmed down we went to go watch a scary movie. Everyone wanted to except me. Even though I begged they still wanted to watch it. Even Natalie. So here we are sitting down, me next Matthew and Natalie next to Nash. Everyone seems to enjoy the movie while I'm covering my eyes. Once I had enough courage to open my eyes , I looked at the screen and saw blood everywhere in the movie and screamed and covered my eyes.
"Hey you okay?" Matthew asked and sounded very concerned. I shook my head no. He grabbed my hand and I looked up. "Here get up. " he said. I stood up but crouched down a little so I didn't block others view of the movie. "Come sit on my lap"
Wait what?
While I was processing what he just said he pulled me down onto his lap. I was just so stiff because this doesn't happen everyday. Well of course it doesn't happen every day. Okay can you shut up!
Why am I always fighting with myself?
Matthew's voice interrupted my thoughts.
"Jasmine, just relax" he whispered. Because of that, I instantly relaxed and rested my head on his chest and while the movie was playing I really didn't want to watch it so I just fell asleep.
Matthew's POV
Since Jasmine was really scared, it hurt watching her being on the verge of tears. So I wanted to comfort her. I got her to sit on my lap and relax. Soon after that she fell asleep. She looks so peaceful and adorable when she sleeps. I wrapped my arms around her waist and just let her sleep. I think I'm falling for this girl.
After the movie was over, people started to leave and it became quiet. All you can hear is Jasmine's cute faint snores. Our whole group turned around when they heard quiet snoring and saw Jasmine sleeping on my lap.
"Was she sleeping the whole time ?" Cameron whispered and I nodded.
"I'm gonna take her home. You guys can do whatever you want. See ya. I whispered while I carried Jasmine bridal style. Wow she's really lite. As I walked away I can here Natalie tell our group "they are so cute."
I walked to the car and succeed in open the passengers door and placing jasmine gently in the seat and putting her seatbelt on. I walked to the driver's side and got in then drove off.
Jasmine's POV
I wake up to see that I'm not in the movie theater anymore , but I'm in a car. I yawn softly and turn to my left and see Matthew driving. "Well hello sleeping beauty" Matthew says teasingly. I blush and mumble a hello. "How did I get in the car?" I asked. "Oh! I carried you" he said and shrugged.
WHAT?!?!
"YOU CARRIED ME?!?! OMG IM SORRY I MUST BE REALLY HEAVY." I say while covering my eyes. "Hey its okay. It was no big deal. You're actually really lite." He stated and chuckled. "Thank you Matthew...for everything." I say and meaning every word I say. Even though I tried to not like Matthew. I think I'm falling for him involuntarily. "No problem jasmine" he said and smiled. Next thing you know he pulls up in my driveway. He gets out and opens my door and we walk together to the door.
" Thanks I had fun tonight....besides the scary movie part." I say shyly while laughing a little. " I had fun to Jasmine. Goodnight" he leans in and pecks my cheek. I look down and blush. I turn to the door and unlock it.
"Bye Matthew"
"Bye Jasmine" and with that I close the door and walk up stairs. I change into dance shorts and a tank top and fall onto my bed . slowly drifting asleep.
I Jasmine Rose, have fallen for Matthew Espinosa.
