Darth Maul was a Dathormirian but what is that race capable of? Well first lets talk about how the males and females were different. The males were often peach or yellow colored but some were RED; they had more distinctive Tattoos and often had horns. The females have less distinctive Tattoos and are have white skin but what is the key thing to know is that they practice Dark Side Magic and Voodoo, which in the wookiepedia says can be used to raise the dead, cause someone to go invisible and much more. I believe this is how Darth Maul was found alive.
