Lunch Fight Challenge

(Lunch time)

(At the Asphalt Cafe)

The gang are sitting at their usually table at the Asphalt Cafe. Beck treated with a party size pizza. "Thanks, Beck. What toppings?" Tori asked. "The easiest ones, half cheese and half pepperoni." Beck answered. They each take a slice and eat. "I gotta say, Jade. You did a great job writing that scene." Andre tells his friend. "Well, I used the situation me and Tori were in during the whole Marx problem and I thought I could use that kind of idea into a short scene." Jade explained. "And how did you take it, Tori? When she showed you the script?" Andre asked his best friend. "Well, I thought it was a bold move and I think it really helped us start the healing process." Tori simply answered. She takes Jade's hand under the table, which Jade did not pull back. Tori then had a memory of that day when both Jade and her rehearsed it

*Flashback*

Jade and Tori entered Jade's home after they gotten back from the press. "Can I get you anything to drink, Tor?" Jade offered to the young Latina. "Water or lemonade if you have any." Tori accepted the offer. Jade then went to the kitchen and got the lemonade. "Sorry it's not pink. I don't drink sweet lemonade plus I HATE PINK!" Jade exclaimed. Tori just chuckled and shook her head in amusement. "It's okay, Jade. I'll still enjoy it." Tori simply said and took the lemonade. "Okay, so the script is upstairs. I'll go get it and we'll do a reading first and we'll act it out from there." Jade said and went up to her room to get. Tori sat down on the sofa and enjoy the silence. She always felt bad that Jade is usually home alone but she knows that Jade prefers it unless she is around and Jade is more happier. She then hears her footsteps coming down the stairs. Tori then placed a coaster on the table and placed her beverage on it. "You found it?" Tori asked. "I wouldn't have it in my hand if I didn't now, would I." Jade snidely commented. Tori always loves it when she does that. She doesn't want Jade to change all at once. She loves some part of the Jade everyone at Hollywood Arts told her before she came. Jade then hand the copy to her and Tori read it silently. She then felt a little bit unnerved. Jade can sensed that something is troubling her. "I know it is on our relationship, but I thought why not use a real situation to make it seem real and also it can..." Jade was cut off when Tori got up and kissed her to stop talking. "It's a great idea, Jade." Tori simply said to her girlfriend. "It is?" Jade asked. Tori nodded her approval. They both sat down and do their table reading and Tori is impressed how Jade tweaked it around and made it more like a whole different scenario but also making it a healing for both of them

*End flashback*

"Tori. Tori. TORI!" Jade called out her girlfriend out of her trance. "Huh? What?" Tori woke up from her daydream. "You okay, Tori?" Beck asked his friend. "Yeah. Sorry, guys. Just remembering when we worked non stop on that script." Tori answered and kept her hand with Jade. "She was immediately ready and had it memorized on the dot so that's when I emailed Sikowitz that we're ready to hand it in and perform." Jade sided with Tori. "Well, it payed off and you two are on the right path." Beck complimented. They both thanked the young actor and resume their lunch. They all chatted and threw it a good laugh here and there until they saw Robbie approching them. "Uh, Tori? Jade? Someone wants to speak to you two both." Robbie warned them. "Who, Shapiro?" Jade asked the ventriloquist. He then point at two girls walking over to them. "Oh, no. Not them." Tori groaned. "Isn't that Hayley and Terra from Karaoke Dookie?" Andre asked them. "They're still mad that I blew the place up with my rendition of Freak The Freak Out." Tori answered her best friend. "I'll deal with them." Jade said as she stood up ready to do something violent. "No, Jade. Let's hear them out." Tori stopped her as both girls approach the young couple.

"What do you two want?" Jade asked sinister "We both heard your girlfriend is the famed Shelby Marx." Hayley tells them "And?" Jade asked once again. "We knew it. That's why we came to say we want to fight her." Terra tells them. "You two want to fight Tori?" Andre asked. "Yeah. Since she's no longer the crowned champion and that rookie beat her butt, the crown is up for grabs. So, we're gonna take it from her." Hayley  snidely responded. "Well, I'm not fighting anymore. That life almost ruined my life when that stupid anonymous challenger called me out and I almost lost Jade because of it. Sorry, girls, but you are not getting it." Tori said defending herself. Jade was very proud that she is still strong. "We know about that because..." Hayley started then stopped. That put the gang on edge. "Because what?" Beck asked annoyed "Because it was them who challenged me." Tori filled in the puzzle and formed her free hand into a fist. Jade had to stepped in before it went way out of hand. "You two call out that challenged that ruined my girlfriend's mental state?" Jade asked them in a very not pleasing tone. "Yeah. We did and we'd do it again if she didn't go ahead and retire the title and name." Hayley simply answered. "Well, Tori is right to deny your stupid challenge." Jade stood up for her. "Or it's because she knows she'll lose to a more experienced fight like me and Terra." Hayley once again spoke. "I seriously doubt you are. Ember Steele is a move advanced fighter I've faced and there is no way you can last one round against her." Tori said and defending Jade this time. "That's a great idea. You get Steele to fight with you and it will be a double team fight and then that crown will be mine, Vega." Hayley snidely spoked. Tori then formed her fist and said, "Or how this? You two leave OR I WILL BREAK BOTH YOUR NOSES!!!!" Both Hayley and Terra cowered and covered themselves from her wrath.

Jade then grabs Tori by the waist. "Tori, Tori, Tori, Tori, Tori, Tori. Calm down." Jade tries to calm down her pissed off girlfriend. Tori then breathes and calms down. "Alright, fine. Challenge accepted." Tori gave in. Jade, Beck and Andre all looked surprised. "Good. We'll meet after school in the gym." Terra said. "And make sure Steele is here to witness you lose." Hayley tells her and they both huffed off and leave the Asphalt Cafe. "Okay, Tor. One question. WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!" Andre asked. "I can't take those two snobby girls and plus, they would have insulted Jade without them knowing the truth as well." Tori simply answered. "Tori, it's gonna be okay. We'll fight and we will win." Jade calmed her down and they all sat down and resume the rest of their lunch hour.
