The demons who hide
Behind my confidential smile, I share
There are images I don't even dare
To think straight about
They are to me calling out
To swallow me whole
With terror, gloom and grief
My life empty of any kind of relief
Meant to be covered in sins
Yet, I've succeeded in keeping my dreams
Awake and bright
You need to jump from a height
So your wings will finally spread out
And you'll no longer be trapped under fogs and clouds
My demons were the hidden dreams, after all
They helped me spread my wings when I called
My demons were the same angels
Messed up and caught in expectations' tangles
