To get lost in your eyes
Is to get lost at sea
I easily dive into you
Into the waters
No way back
No way to recover
I never learned how to swim
I'm drowning
But who knew drowning felt this good
I flail
To fall in love is to flail
Until you learn to swim
My backstrokes are improving
But
When you look at me
With those eyes
I lose myself
I lose the ability to speak
And I begin to flail
How do I breathe?
How do I find my way back?
