Pros:
-user can partly effect climate
-user can manipulate air around targets
-user can move whatever the ball is stuck to
-user can be very quiet
-sticky balls can camoflage
Cons:
-user can only effect rainfall/clouds
-user will bleed if too many balls are produced
-user will be obsessed with flying
-user can't effect themselves
-user may kill targets
-camoflage doesn't last long
Weakness: anger
User may cause a large storm if provoked
