it was only 8:00, and the party was already a disaster.
we had two jack frosts, and nearly every disney princess ever.
and as everyone was arriving, i realized that i didn’t even have a costume.
as that happened, i ran to the men’s section and grabbed a graphic superman tee shirt.
i also bought some red boxers and wore those in place of my tan khaki pants.
i honestly didn’t even give a shit that my legs were basically naked.
i rushed back into the break room and stopped in front of kate.
she looked down at my naked legs.
“nice thighs.” she smirked, flitting her gaze back up to my face.
“thank you. nice..”
i trailed off, finally taking a second to look down at what she was wearing.
my eyes went from her too-low shirt to her too-short skirt, all the way down to her black garter tights.
“shit.” i breathed out, knowing that i wouldn’t be able to last long around that all day. she was a cop.
“too much?” her face grew worrisome.
i quickly shook my head, not being able to talk.
she smiled, and i was stammering.
“i- uh…” i looked down at my boxers and made a break for the door.
