Black holes are formed when a star that has a higher density than a normal star
Collapse, Because of its own gravity. This happens when the iron is made inside of a star , Because iron can fuse with other atoms but it also absorbs the energy of the star making the outer layer collapse and the neutron core will
Produce so much heats and while the outlayer is being pulled by the gravity inward it will cause futher crushing and this will cause its own to explode.
And that is what you call iron fission this happens when the star run out of hydrogen, And if that happens it will cause helium to fuse inside the star,And the next atom that will be there is carbon after the carbon is the neon and then silicon and finally iron and thats how iron fission happens. Black holes have layers too the outter layer is the event horizon next is the Schwarzchild
Radius and finally its center which is called singularity and sometimes black holes has a acceleration disk and a space time curvature and a photon sphere and relativistic. To get a black holes Radius you have to get its G= gravitational constant C= speed of light and its M=Mass first of all C=3×10⁸ and then the mass is equal to F=2GM1×M2/r² . And then now you will make another equation such us schawarzchild radius = 2GM/C². R and r is different Follow my account for more information.
