We all have these in are minds, hell that's all are minds are filled with however we don't have to let these control, and consume who wrote are.
This may be hard, but next time you have those thoughts try and think positive. You say that its not that easy to do. Your right it's not it's hard as hell, but like anything it's not impossible.
