Never Standing Still

Nothing is ever standing still.
It's always moving.
What's always moving?
Everything.
Time.
The Earth.
Bacteria.
You name it.
You know what's also always moving?
The human mind.
It's running all hours of the day.
It could be running in place.
But it's still running.
It's running through ideas.
Problems.
Scenarios.
Thoughts...
But here's the thing.
The only time your mind stops running...
Is when you die.
Your brain and body permanently shut down.
All of your memories are gone.
They're lost in the nothingness of your final thoughts.
Before everything goes black.
That's kinda sad to think about huh?
