i hate the lyrics
i hate the chorus
i hate the background vocals
i hate-
that it makes me think of you
the rythm, how everything seemed like it would never change, repeating over and over
the beat, how its scarily similar to how you would make my heart rapidly change its pulse
the lyrics, how they seem to quote us in words that were never said
the chorus, repeating short but cherised memories of our time together
the background vocals, seeming to mirror all the thoughts that came to me everytime i talked to you
i hate all of it.
but i hope
that one day, you'll teach me to love it again...
