Imagine being Steve Rogers right? And then you become captain America right? And then somehow your girlfriend stays alive 70+ years and never ages. Like ever.
And there's no damn explanation for it. I MEAN YOU- CAPTAIN AMeRICA- lived for many years because you were frozen in ice. But your girlfriend? She just magically did it.
If you're gonna have your OC live that long and not age I mean at least explain it instead of just having it happen. And the thing where they also get frozen in ice too makes no sense either.
Idek if this made any sense but what I'm tying to say is that the trope here is too overused. It was cool at first but now the overused and common to see the OC be someone from before he was frozen and not after.
