Raman woke up and saw ishita was not there in room he listen some voice from washroom and went to see ishita was throwing up she was sweating badly raman gets worried seeing her and went towards her

R: ishita tum thik ho naa?

He said caressing her hair while she nodded he helps her to clean her face and brings her to room and made her sit on the bed

T: raman puttar tu chinta maat kar aisi halat mai ye sab normal hai phir bhi tu ek baar doctor ko bula le wo ishita check up kar lengi

R: doctor main apni taraf se iski diet ka pura dhyan rakhta hoon par ye hamesha oily or fast food khaane ki zid karti hai abhi kal bhi isne pizza khaya aur uske baad do baar ice cream bhi khayi aap hi batao kya ye iske liye acha meri baat to ye maanti nahi hai

He said looking at ishita while she made puppy face

D: mrs bhalla i can understand aapko bhot craving hoti hogi aisi chize khaane ki par uski bhi ek limit honi chaiye agar aap inn baaton ka dhyan nahi rakhogi to iska bura asar ho sakta hai

D: mr bhalla aapko bhi itna hyper hone ki zaroort nahi hai it's normal aur haa aapko inki achi health ke liye daily inko bhar walk pe le jana chaiye aur thodi exercise bhi karni chaiye ye bache ke liye bhi achi hoti hai aapko bas kuch baaton ka dhyan rakhna hai ki ye zada thak naa jaye agar ye aise hi sara din ghar pe hi rahegi to weight bhi badh sakta hai aur dusri problem bhi ho sakti jiski wajeh se delivery mai problem hogi so rest karne ke saath saath aapko inki fitness ka bhi dhyan rakhna hai aur inki proper care karni hai
