1. no request hopping! this means requesting the same cover to two or more designers at the same time!

2. please do not request if your story is not published. i don't see the point in spending hours making something that won't be used

3. write your name at the bottom of the form to show you have read the rules

4. make sure to credit me! specifically in the description of your book

5. payment is a permanent follow, tagging four people in the forms section and adding this book to a public reading list!

6. if you won't be using the cover, please inform me!
