Shadow Kirby, unlike Kirby, is very cowardly except if he has a copy ability to fight back. And he's super strong, nearly empowering Kirby himself. But he's very shy and has trouble with social interactions outside of the Mirror World.
Kirby does wanna make him feel comfortable being outside of the Mirror World.
Inside the Mirror World, he can be friendly, even to Shadow Dedede and Dark Meta Knight.
