I woke up to the sun beaming directly in my face.
I sat up on my bed in my thoughts because why am I feeling like this.
I feel so empty, and alone like I've never really had anybody, plus no relationship with my dukes or my father.
I just don't understand how a mother could let a man touch the child she brung into this earth.
I sit in my thoughts for thirty minutes and I get myself together and proceeded to do my hygiene.
I don't have any clothes so I'll have to figure out how to get more.
While washing my face I felt a presence near me but decided not to speak because I just don't feel like it.
"Goodmorning sunshine, Mr.Kaine left you something on the dresser for when your finished in here, also it's breakfast downstairs for you to eat love" Zuri said
Zuri is the maid I guess that work here, he just got moneyyy.
As I finish showering I walk over to the dresser and see a note.
"Morning lil mama, I left something on the dresser for you, Go get you some clothes and shoes and look inside the dresser" he wrote
I looked in the drawer to see a black card and seen a phone but it had a sticky note on it as well.
"This is your phone lil mama, my phone number is already saved, call me if you need me and since you never asked for my name, It's Kaine".
He is really sweet, I always wonder if things happen for a reason but ima get my black ass dressed and go to the mall.
Wait how the fuck ima get to the mall if ion got no car.
I open my phone to see if I could find Kaines number
Before I could find his number my phone started ringing.
Kaine flashed across my phone.
"Hello" I say
"Wassup lil mama, how you sleep?" He asked
"I slept okay thank you for asking, how did you sleep Mr.Kaine" I say with a slight smirk.
"I didn't sleep lil folks, but I forget to tell Zuri to let you know you could drive one of the cars in the garage" he spoke through the phone
"Okay, thank you, why are you being so sweet to me?" I say
"I'm a sweet nigga, but look lil folks I'll be home in about three hours, treat the house like it's yours!" He said
"Okay thank you Mr.Man!" I say smiling
"No problem lil mamas" he hung up
After I got off the phone with Kaine, I found me something of his to throw on until I got some new clothes.
"Hey Zuri where is the garage and the keys to one of the cars" I asked her
"Which one would you like to drive hunny?" She asked
"It doesn't matter, would you like to go with me, I could use the help." I asked
"Uhm I'll have to see if it's okay with Mr.Kaine.' She said
"No no, I'll be sure to let him know, grab whatever you gotta bring and come on!" I say
"Okay" she said nervously
When we finally made it to the car, I decided to listen to ICU by Coco, for some reason it's been stuck in my head.
"Miss Mia, you sure it's gonna be okay with Kaine?" She asked kind of tense
"Yes it's fine why wouldn't it be" I asked raising my eyebrow!
"Oh no- nothing," she said
I just shrugged my shoulders and turned the music up.
20 mins
As we made it to the mall, we headed inside to the stores. I know I need shoes and shoes but idek where to start from.
"Zuri can you please help me so we not here all day?" I asked tugging at her shoulder
"Yes Miss Mia ofc" she stated
As we went around different stores Zuri helped me with my outfits and I finally made it to the counter.
"Hello how are you today" lady asked
"I'm ok you?" I asked
"I'm doing good, your total will be 471.50" she said
I handed her the black card I had and noticed Zuri tensed up even more.
"Zuri what's wrong with you"
"Kaine? I mean Mr.Kaine gave you his black card" she asked like her feelings was hurt.
I laughed, "we can leave" I said as I headed out the store to get to the car.
This ho on some weird shit, I shouldn't have even asked her to come. I should have already known from her acting like she was nervous to go.
"I thought you had more stuff to get" she asked
"Nawl idk what's going on with you so we going back, just stop talking to me". I said
We literally drove in silence. Idek why I'm so mad, I just wanna get back to the house at this point because why is she acting so weird.
