Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this book! I've had this idea swarming about my head for a while now and am more than excited to get it down on and put it out there for you guys to read. Before getting straight into the first chapter, I do want to clarify a couple things.
There are essentially two versions of this book in here. The first is the rewrite which I finished in January 2024. The original I wrote years before that when I was much younger, and I really didn't like how the characters acted, but some people did, and I didn't want to get rid of it in case they wanted to revisit it. The rewrite has 44 chapters, which will be clearly marked. Following those will be the original's 30-something chapters. So the first version is the rewrite, which I absolutely love, and the second half is the original. Feel free to read one, the other, or both!
I kindly ask that you do not use any piece of this book for your own benefit or reproduce it in any way. Also, please don't be rude to the characters or other readers. I love to hear your opinions because that's how I improve. I love when readers get involved and I can hear their engagement through comments because, let's be real, who doesn't? But, there is a fine line between being rude for the benefit of being rude and constructive criticism. The characters act the way they do to help the story continue, however stupid their decisions may be.
Lastly, these characters do not exist. This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, places, events, etc. are the products of my imagination and used in a fictitious manner. Any resemblance to actual people or events is purely coincidental. (Although, I'm pretty sure you guys don't have werewolf friends or happened to be involved in a war between two non-humane species. If you do/are, kudos to you!)
This book also has flashbacks and visions, but it will be very clear when those happen.
That's it! Once again, thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy!
