Biglang lumamig 'yung paligid. Wait. This feeling feels real. Where am I? Napadilat agad ako then tumingin sa paligid. Wow. Just. Wow. I'm literally out of words.

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. THIS IS ACTUALLY VR?! OR WHAT??? PARANG NATELEPORT AKO SA OTHER UNIVERSE—MORE LIKE ISEKAI. HOLY MOLLY!

Tinignan ko ang mga kamay ko, pati damit ko, I'm still wearing my clothes and everything. Napapaligiran ako ng malalaking bookshelves. Sa inaapakan ko naman, may magic circle. The floor is made out of wood too. Para akong nasa library during the 17th century. Sa unahan ko lang, may isang malaking pinto na may elegant designs na I think made of silver and gold. Tumingin ako sa taas and may mga floating keys with different designs. The creator of this game might be a fan of Harry Potter. The only light na nagsusupport sa room na iyon ay ang candelabrum na nakalagay sa isang wooden table. What now? Aalis na sana ako sa may magic circle nang biglang may nagsalita.

"Hello, dear player." Agad akong tumingin-tingin sa paligid dahil sa gulat. Ikaw ba naman makarinig ng biglang may nagsalita. A catgirl with pink fur, miniskirt, plain tank tops, with a black shoulder-length hair with side bangs appeared right in front of me. Na wonderstruck ako. Nasa anime ba ako? Now, pa'no ko naman siya kakausapin? She wave at me and smiled. I never knew I'll like cats so much because of this.

"I'm Alicia. I am "the Guide" and you can talk to me, and ask me anything—sort of, about the game but first let me introduce EXE 1: Recreation to you."  Umupo siya and she crossed her legs. I'm not furry pero damn she's both hot and cute. Napatingin ako sa ibang direksyon. I think I made it too obvious na na-iilang ako sa kaniya. 

I need to calm myself first. This doesn't feel right. Ganito na ba ako ka-pent up? I mean hell yeah, kulang na nga lang mamatay ako sa loob ng apartment eh, pero please lang. I don't want to consider myself a degenerate. 

"Huh? Ganiyan na ba epekto ko sa'yo?" I confusingly stared at her. Did she just speak... Filipino?

"No need to be confused. The game's language is adjusted based on your location. Malaki ang chance na makakameet ka ng mga players from other countries, but even though they speak other languages, EXE 1 will automatically translate everything to you, na parang, casual talk lang. See? Connecting everyone around the globe. That's how awesome EXE 1 is! So be thankful that you're here to experience it firsthand." Heh. The developers complimenting themselves through their own game. Buhat bangko. Pero they're not talking shit anyway. This VR is impressive. Ang galing ng EXE Group.

"First thing's first, ano ang IGN na gagamitin mo?" She asked and a virtual keyboard appeared right in front of me. Hmmm. Ano kaya maganda? Should I use my real name? Uh nope. I want to be reborn as a new person here. Hindi ako si Kenji rito. Kenji is a weakling. I am not Kenji here.

I typed Flame and confirmed it. Simple names won't hurt. Tumango-tango itong si Alicia and pumunta sa harap ko.

"Okay let's begin!" In a snap, napunta kami sa outer space—filled with stars and other extraterrestrials. At this point, I don't have any words to say about this VR. Too good to be true.

 A virtual map appeared and it showed different Regions.

"This is the EXE world and we have 6 domains mainly: Polemistís at the North, Epoulóno at the East, Toxótis at the West, Mágos at the Northeast, and Ergátis at the Northwest. These domains are ruled by certain classes—kung gusto mo maging King sa isa sa mga domain na 'yon, it is required na you are under a class, it will be explained soon so let's proceed sa ibang bagay muna..." Napansin ko lang, ba't walang South?
