See the thing was a kind of popular boy just put his discord nickname into his Instagram story and Todoroki had his eye on him for a while now.
"Yes, that's the only chance you get and since he posted it a few minutes ago you have a bigger chance for him to respond, just add him as a friend at first and see if he accepts" Midoriya said and took Todorokis phone and send him a friend request.
"Did you just-?! Did you just send him a friend request?!" Todoroki asked and took his phone back.
"Yes I did calm your tits, if he accept we will see what you're going to text him" Midoriya said and they heard a 'ding' from Todorokis phone.
Todoroki looks at it and his eyes widened "He just... dude he accepted"
