Jin: Friendship Bracelet

School is absolute hell for me. I hade great grades, but all I do is study. It's caused me to be lonely and I get sad since I am not sure how to fit in. People like me, but I don't like people. It's not that I don't want friends, social anxiety just brings me down. 

I put my books back from my last class and found an envelope in my locker. I opened it to find a red friendship bracelet with a white tag saying: "You don't know me, but I know you. Let's get to know each other! :)"

I stick the letter in my backpack contemplating what just happened.

The next day there was an orange friendship bracelet: "A lot of people see as an outcast, but I see you as someone special and misunderstood. I'm here to help" Who is this person I wore both the bracelets and kept the tags in the envelopes. I was thinking of all the people I know who it could be, then someone bumps into me and I fall.

"Oh I'm sorry, are you okay?" he askes and lends me his hand. He was so handsome, I couldn't hide my blush. And so sweet with that cute smile!

"Don't touch my Jin Oppa!" someone yelled.

"Get out nerd!" another girl yelled.

"I'm not your Oppa! You can't just claim me! I'm on my own. I'm sorry about them."

"I'll be out of your way." I said as I left.

Yellow: "You are my Cinderella. I see past the flaws and everyone else will find your beauty."

Who is this romantic ass person? I need to know.

Green: I wish I had a good pick up line, maybe one day I'll just pick you up from school and take you to have coffee."

My wrists were full of bracelets by the day.

"Nice bracelets, where did you get those?" I voice said behind me. She towered over me.

"Ah they were a gift."

"From who?" she forced. I better be careful with my words.

"A relative," I said.

"I'm relieved it's not Jin Oppa. If they were I would have burned them right in front of you," she said and strutted away. That was close.

Blue: "I may be confident towards everyone, but with special people, I can get shy."

Maybe that's why he is sending me these notes.

Purple: I've made up my mind. Meet me on the rooftop at 4:30.

I made the bracelets even on both sides of my arms. All-day I was anxious to meet this secret admirer. The bell rang and I ran upstairs to the rooftop. There was a tall person with wide shoulders facing the opposite way. "Excuse me?" I said quietly. He heard and turned his head.

"Hi f/n" He waved as his hand went over his neck. He was so nervous. Jin of all people! The most handsome guy in school is interested in me?

"I'm glad to see you wearing the bracelets I made. So you wanna go to a cafe?" he offered.

"Jin why me of all people. You've got so many more girls prettier than me."

"You have the prettiest heart. Remember in middle school when there was a fire? You took it down in time before it got worse."

"You went to middle school with me!"

"Yeah. I was a shyer kid. Then in high school, I'm over here with a glow up. You don't need a glow-up you're perfect." He smiled and took my hand.

"Come on, let's go!"

That's how I met my boyfriend. I never took the bracelets off.
