When you and I first met in high school, we were teens on the edge of maturity.

Too young to come up with wise decisions,

Too stupid to worry ourselves with destiny,

And too bold to fall in love with people who are poles apart from our characteristics.

We interfered with fate, and so it did something bad with us in the long run:

It put two unstable persons together.

And when two unbalanced things go hand in hand,

Alas, they crumble.
