You had recently got into a relationship with your boyfriend Jay,

At first he was the nicest person you had met but when you two got more serious into the relationship, he changed.

He became more Violent, Fights between the two of you were common now. Most of the time it's verbal but now it's physical.

You wanted to tell someone but you were too scared to, he always threatened you if you said you wanted leave.

You and You're best friend Barley weren't able to hang out as much as you used to because of Jay, every time you would come back from Hanging out with him It sparked a new argument.

You started to sneak out just so you could talk to him for a few hours but you never told him about what your boyfriend has been doing to you but this time was different.

"Hey Y/n!" Barley said happily as you came through his window considering it was 12:00am and you didn't want to wake his mom,

"Hey Barley Bear" You said back using the nickname you gave him. Once you were fully inside you sat on his bed,

"I didn't think you were gonna show" he laughed "ya sorry I've just been super busy lately" you lied

"That's ok trust me I get it" He stated "The good thing is your here now but here's the question why are you here?" Barley asked,

You would normally give him a heads up when you were gonna drop by but you didn't think about it this time as you were desperate to get away from your boyfriend.

"Oh uh no reason I just wanted to hang out with my best friend is that too much to ask?" You forced a laugh,

Barley looked a out suspiciously "No? Are you feeling ok?" He asked.

"Oh me? I'm d-doing great actually" you laughed again

"Really?" Barley asked "because you laugh when you lie" he stated

'Well shit' you thought, "I'm ok I swear!" You smiled,

"Ok if you say so" Barley said still looking speciously at you.

As the night went on you both talked about how the week went and Played some boardgames yet you didn't realize that you lost track of time until you got a call,

It was Jay.

Your heart started to speed up as you slowly picked up the phone,

"Y/n?" Barley asked, "S-Sorry I have to take this" you said walking out his room and to the bathroom as you shut the door quietly,

You didn't notice how Barley was keeping a close eye on you the whole time throughout the night and you also didn't notice Barley walking Quietly behind you as he was now standing by the door listening in on you and your boyfriend.

"Where the fuck are you?" Your boyfriend spit through the phone

"I-I just went on a walk" you answered back,
