The Chain Quirk {Bakugo X Reader}

Chapter 3: Attraction

Everyone was shocked by the way I looked. I couldn't blame them, I did look amazing.

"Alright pay attention everyone! We will be doing a scavenger hunt called hostage hunt! We will have teams of two, either you will be two heroes, or the hostage and the villain. I will quickly make the teams by randomly picking from the crowd." All Might announces pulling all the attention back to him.

He started to pick the teams quickly, I was assigned to be with Uraraka.

"I'm so excited Y/N, by the way I love your outfit! It's so unique!" She said.

"Thanks." I smile.

After he made all the teams, we were supposed to go into the viewing room and watch the others perform. We weren't the first team so I was able to watch everyone perform. The most interesting was how they acted as villains. The fact they tried to be dark and intimidating. It was funny. If anything, Bakugo, who was playing the hero this time, looked more like a villain than whoever was supposed to be the actual villain. No wonder Bakugo was wanted by the League, he's personality is opposite of a hero.

"Next team, our two heroes will be Young Midoriya and Young Todoroki, our villain and hostage will be Uraraka and Y/N." Announces All Might.

Perfect!

"Hey Uraraka, can I be the villain? I've always played that role when I played with my brothers." I made a backstory.

"Sure!" She says before we got to go find a hideout before we let them come.

We got inside a building far away from everyone. There was a chair and a box.

"I guess this is one of the main buildings All Might wanted us to hide in." I say.

She sits on the chair and I tie her with the rope given. This felt too familiar when I would help Giran with his torturing. I was primarily his hunter to find the men who've betrayed him in his black market dealings. Usually he let me do all the heavy lifting and all the torturing, but I have to hold myself back. She's supposed to be my friend.

I made sure the rope wasn't too tight, then I observed what else was in the box. There were smoke bombs. Did All Might want a show?

If it's was a show he wants, a show he will receive.

As I was playing around with the smoke bombs when I heard, from a mile away, the door of the building opening.

"Let's have some fun." I smirk.

I waited a little while to hear anybody. Then, I heard a single pair of footsteps down the hall as I hid in the shadows near the room Uraraka was hidden. They split up, perfect. I entered slowly back where I hid her and grabbed a smoke bomb. As the steps drew near, I pulled out my chain and attached my smoke bomb to the end of it, sent it out, cut it off my palm and locked myself in the room. I heard coughing as it went off and I put my mask on and wrapped my chains around the enemy and brought them back to me.

It was Deku, what a stupid child. I made sure my chains were tight around him as I put him near the wall and gagged him. I made sure he was far away from Uraraka so she didn't think of any funny business. He wriggled against my restraints but they were to tight and he was unable to use his quirk to break them. My chains are meant to restrain quirks such as his. I am actually able to make a container, a metal box restraint you could call it, that can stop their quirk depending where it is. Like the majority of people, it comes from their hands, so I would just make my chained box around their hands and stop them from using their quirk, but it takes a while.

Now, I was just waiting for Todoroki.

When I least expected it, Todoroki sent his ice to the floor, I made sure to jump high in the air to not be frozen to the ground. Then, I released my chains from my hands to attack him, he froze them in place and I cut it from me so he won't freeze my hand. When I landed I slipped face first from the ice.
