Family Is Forever

Alex's POV

7 months later

I rubbed my bump, Dean was on one side and Sam was on the other. We were sitting in the living room surrounded by presents and Castiel, Gabriel, and Booby were all sitting with gifts. They had surprised me with a baby shower and I was going to reveal the gender today, "Who's first?" I say expectantly "Me" Castiel handed me a small box. I tore away the paper and the box and inside sat a little music box, the box was swirls of dark blue and when I opened the lid the melody played softly. "Cas it is gorgeous, thank you." Then Bobby handed me a bag. I peered inside and gasped, I pulled out a dreamcatcher that was stunning, The wood was shaped like a half moon, the thread was winding between the outline of the wood and feathers of all colors and sizes hung below, the thread was light blue. "Bobby, thank you, it is perfect." I said trying to keep tears from falling. "Gabe what did you get the baby?" I say wiping the water from my eyes "Here you go" Gabe smiles and he claps his hands and a box wrapped in white paper appears in my lap. I open it and I gasp at the pair bracelets sitting before me, one is dark midnight blue, with a white crystal shining between two braided pieces of leather that are weaved together, the second bracelet it white and designed in the same fashion but the crystal is dark black." It's going to help keep the child's werewolf side at bay at night especially." Gaberiel says "Gabe they're so pretty where did you get them?" I say astonished "I crafted them myself." Gabe bows. "Sam , Dean what did you get for the baby?" I say turning to the Winchester men. Dean and Sam exchange a mischievous glance and then both drop to one knee on either side of me, Dean pulls out a small box, and Sam pulls out a box too. I gasp, and Castiel is recording and taking pictures on Dean's phone "Alex in the few months we have known you, we have fallen in love" Sam says opening his box, "So we wondering if you Alex Scory would take the pleasure of being our Mrs. Winshester." Dean says opening his box. In each box half a ring sits, the halves are golden and twisted so that they form a spiral, and at the top a small cluster of diamonds sits and a tiny clasp waits to attach to the other half. "Yes," I say barely audibly, " A thousand times yes." I cry taking both of the rings and connecting them and sliding it on my ring finger. "Guys I have a surprise" I stand up in the center of the room " With the courtesy of Castiel I found out the gender of the baby and I need to go grab the onesie." I waddle to the kitchen and grab the little white box. "Dean and Sam I am proud to say that you two will be the father of your own" I pull the onesie out which spells out "Daddys little princess". Dean and Sam explode crying, "It's a girl??" Dean says "She's gonna be just like her mother" Sam babbles, and everyone in the room congratulates us. But then a pain in my abdomen has me doubling over in pain, and then a small dribble of water falls beneath my legs, Dean grabs my arm to steady me "Alex are you okay?" "The baby" I mutter. "Shit now?" He asks to confirm "Yeah the contractions just started". Everyone stops laughing and Sam makes his way back to me "The baby?" he says worriedly "She's on her way" I muster, Dean scoops me up despite the extra pounds of the baby and he carries me to my room. Within minutes the contractions start to get worse and closer together, but the pain is harder than I expected, Castiel and Gabe do all they cna to ease the pain and try to calm the baby. Dean and Sam stay beside me the entire time, and later that night I'm sweating in one of Dean's shirts and finally the baby decides to get out of me. "Okay Alex push," Cas tells me "Argggggggg, argggggggggg, owie" I cry, "She's starting to crown" Gabe says spreading my legs. "One more big push" Castiel encourages "Haaaaaaaaaaa, arggggggggggggggggg" I push the baby while I hold Dean's hand "Just a little bit more Alex" he rubs my shoulder. I hear the baby cry, but I'm exhausted and tired, I close my eyes as Dean looks at our new baby.
