We waited in the classroom until Mirai finally showed up. I held a few Mokke's in my arms as Hanako practically cuddled me,Yashiro didn't lay any mind to it seeing as Hanako is usually clingy. We watched Mirai enter the classroom with a candy in her hand as the lightning cage went up around her.

We all got up from where we were hiding and walked over to the cage. "WE FINALLY GOT YOU!" She announced"it's hard to believe your plan worked." Hanako admits"I also can't believe that the future kiddo learns skills like this." I nodded in agreement"I can't keep it up as long as Teru-nii,but I got you covered Akane!" Akane points his watch as Mirai as a giant clock appears on top of the cage"this pathetic lightning cage would only last 10 seconds,now it can last 5 minutes!" Akane smiles as Kou seems hurt by his word choice.

"Surrender now Mirai!" Akane announces"aw,that's to bad. You're gonna catch Mirai,huh?" Akane nods and picks the girl up"you already know how this will all end. So be a good girl and-" "sorry! I got one more thing to do!" With that Mirai disappears and reappears in front of Yashiro.

"Let me make this girl beautiful!" I heard Hanako let out a gasp"YASHIRO!" He yells rushing to the girl who quickly falls to the ground. Hanako wraps his arms around the girl,his facial expression was hard to read.

"She didn't change..."Kou comments.

"I can not change her honorable number seven. I was able to change your love because she still has time,but she however,has no time left."

My eyes widened as I understood what this meant. This is what I'd look like in the future,however Yashiro was going to die soon. I felt my heart start to break as I felt the tears start to come.

"What does that mean?!" Kou yells"it means exactly what it means young man." I turn to look at who the new voice was,I watched Kou shrink under his touch and he then revealed himself...another guy in a cloak.

"IM BACK?!"

"Look who finally showed up. We wouldn't have had to deal with much of this from the start if you were here Kako. You're really twisted." The man then makes his way over to me and I shrink under his touch to.

I was relieved that my uniform fit me again,but I kinda missed having a little bit curves...

Kako apparently was the last clock keeper to show up. He has the power to turn back time making him past. "Akane,what happened to her?" Kou hums"Kou,don't you get it?" I speak up"hm?"

Hanako then speaks up"I told you to not let the future clock keeper touch Yashiro. I told you to be careful. But...it's not like I managed to stop her either. So-"he moved Yashiro aside"I can't really blame you." He moved her blonde hair out her face and shut her eyes. He finally turned around"it's simple!" He smiles"she tried to move Yashiro's clock forward. But there was no more time. That being said,Yashiro will die within the next year."

"Yashiro will die...w-within a year?" My voice cracked"what? How long have you known?!" Kou yells as Hanako hums and shoves his hands into his pockets"since Y/N summoned me. It was her destiny to die. Only people near the far shore can summon me. However,with Y/N I'm not quite sure..."he smiles. Yet I know the smile is forced.

"How can you say that like it's nothing?!" Kou yells in disbelief as Hanako walks over"oh...-"his hues become dull and psychotic"how am I meant to act?" He stands up"'you're going to die soon! But let's act like that's not meant to happen!' Like that. Is that what you would've said?"

"Listen,I'm already dead kid. So it makes no difference to me who lives and who dies." He smiles crouching down as Kou brings Hanako up to his height by his collar"IF YOU REALLY MEAN THAT I'LL MAKE YO-"

"STOP!" I loudly scream making the room go dead silent"p-please drop him Kou." Kou looks over at me,a sad look on his face as he obeys and sets the boy down. "Listen,supernaturals are like that. They don't care. He doesn't care about you,Yashiro or Y/N." Akane says"I was being considerate in my own way!" He exclaims as Hanako walks over to me and wraps his arms around me.

"Anyways,I've done all I could do. I just hope that I have made Yashiro's life worth living along with everyone else. And I mean,I'm not going to stop anytime soon,alright?" Hanako states"oh and Kou!" Kou looks over at us"GIVE THAT BACK!" Hanako let's go of me and pins the boy to the ground.

"Clock keepers,turn back the time. To before she ran away,to this morning." He demands"it seems it's been a while since time has moved so much." Kako brings his hand out and drops the watch,tiks and toks were heard all around us.

Time was being reset right before us. Apparently Yashiro wouldn't remember any of this,we were the only ones to know that it happened. Kou said that he would protect Yashiro from it happening to the best of his ability. I only said I would make her life more fun than it is now. I don't want to keep promises with her.

R E S E T

"Amane?" I stared at the boy who sat on the edge of the roof,he looked back at me"Y/N...shouldn't you be in class?" I shake my head"they don't start yet." I admit"I came up here cuz...well...I have a few questions." Hanako nods"but first,why'd you call me my real name?" I shrug"do I need a reason to?" I hum walking over to him and putting my arms in the railing to rest there.

"Anyways,y-you said that you don't care who dies and Akane said you didn't care about anyone..."but before I could even finish Hanako shakes his head"no. I love you with my entire being,love. I sometimes have to say things to stay in character around them." I sigh"but,what would you have done if I was the unlucky one?"

Hanako didn't answer.

He only remained quiet.

"I would've probably cried and begged that God forgive me and kill me once more. Take away this privilege of this re-birth." I nod"hey...I was wondering..."he hums"did you hear that Mirai called me 'love' in front of everyone?" I watched his face turn a light pink"THAT CLOCK KEEPER DID NOT DO THAT!" I busted out into laughter"she did though! I'm surprised nobody as brought it up."

"I mean...it did just happen." I shrug"you know we have to tell them eventually?" Hanako nods"yea...I know..."
