Ignored: Calum (Part Two)

It's been two weeks since he's heard anything from you. He calls you every day hoping that you'll pick up. Each time he calls though, it goes straight to voicemail. He goes to all your friend's houses and begs them to call you. But, you aren't answering their calls either and they don't know where you are. He misses you. He knows he has screwed up and doesn't deserve a second chance. He can't help but wish for one though. He hopes that you will come back and then he can beg for forgiveness. He wants to try to make things right.

End Calum P.O.V.

You have listened to all of Calum's voicemails. Even the ones that he made your friends leave, but you don't respond. That night at the club wasn't the first time Calum has completely ignored you. You're fed up with being ignored but at the same time, you miss him desperately. He's your best friend and not being near him is really starting to get to you. You sigh and look down at your phone, your thumb hovering over Calum's number. You know what will happen if you call, he will want to know where you are. He'll beg for you to come back home...to come back to him. You call anyway though and listen as the phone rings.

"Y/n?" 

"Hey," you choke out.

"Y/n, I'm so sorry. I know I've screwed up so many times that I don't deserve you. But please come back, I need you. I swear I will never look at another woman as long as I live. Just come home, love. Let me make this right."

You can hear him trying to hold back tears and that breaks your heart. You do love him, and you do miss him. The question is though are you ready to come home?

"Calum, I don't know..."

"Please Y/n, I'm begging you. I can't eat, I can't sleep. I'm miserable, Y/n. I need you here with me."

You sigh and think it over. You hate to give up on a relationship so easily, maybe the two of you can work it out.

"Okay, I'm coming home. But we have some stuff we need to talk about."

"Whatever you say, love. I'll talk as long as you want," he says.

You pack your bags and check out your hotel and make your way home. You aren't even halfway up the walkway before Calum is running out and wrapping you in a hug. He buries his head in your neck and tears run down his face.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry," he says.

You nod as your own tears start to flow and Calum connects his lips to yours. You guys break apart and he cups your face in his hands.

"I love you and I swear I will never ignore you again. You will have my undivided attention for as long as you want it."

"I love you too," you say.

Calum grabs your bags and the two of you walk inside. Calum stays true to his word and spends his every waking moment giving you his attention. So much, so that you sometimes have to ask him to leave you alone.
