I closed my eyes as the wind blow past me; I took a big breath in loving the smell of the sea air I don't know what it is about the beach or the ocean that is so calming. Right now I was standing on a cliff that overlooks the sea the waves crashed on the side and my sundress was flapping in the wind, so we are currently in Italy with my uncle Angelo and by we I mean Dom, Nick, Jace, Chris, and Amber. But sadly my brother got deployed overseas last mouth   

Angelo had invited me to come visit so I can meet this side of the family and I agreed because I would love to know where my mom grew up and went to school and so on, her parents are really nice, loving everything you can ask for in a grandparent, and yes Dom and me are still together after everything went down we had to go talk to a therapist because I was having nightmare about that night and he was having withdraws from shooting him, but  in the end it made us closer together and stronger we also went on home studies because everything was on the news so people found out

I love Dom with everything I have because even though everything got hard and I thought it was the end of us he always pulled through, he has been so strong for me when I need him to be sometimes I think he is to good for me but he tells me to stop thinking like that so I try but old habits die hard right?

I felt arms snake around my waist pulling me into a warm chest "What are you doing babe?" Dom said kissing the top of my head

I smiled "I'm watching the water it's really calming, don't you think?"

He put his chin on my shoulder "yeah, it is but why are you all by yourself when everyone is over there?"

I turned around in his arms looking up at him and smiled "Because it's nice right here and the air feels really nice," I got up on my toes and kissed him

At first it was just going to be a simple kiss but he had other plans, our lips moved in sync in a slow passionate kiss, he pulled away first and rested his forehead on mine and looked me in the eyes that's when I realized that he looked nerves I was about to ask if he was okay but he started talking

"I'm so lucky to have you in my life and I wouldn't have it any other way," I looked at him in confusion why is he talking like this not that I don't mind "before you came into my life I was lost I didn't know what or where I was going with my life, but when I first laid eyes on you I knew right then that I was on this earth to help you,"

I was going to say something but he put his finger over my lips "I've never fell this hard for a girl before but you're not just any girl, you're my girl and I love you with everything that I am, you managed to melt the ice in my heart so it can beat again," I felt my eyes water, this is the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me

"I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't ever want to live without you I want to spend the rest of my life with you always and forever,"   then he did something that made my heart almost stop

He got down on one knee and took my left hand looking up at me "Niykee Heaton will you do me the honor of being my wife and making me the happiest man in the world?"

I felt my eyes water as I looked down at the man I love, he just asked me to marry him, I realized that I haven't said anything I started shaking my head while smiled "Yes-" was the only word I was able to get out because Dom stood up fast and smashed his lips to mine

It was a hard kiss but passionate he pulled away putting a pretty ring on my finger, I heard clapping so I looked over his shoulder to see everyone clapping he turned around fist pumping the air "SHE SAID YES!" everyone the cheered out loud Amber came running up to me pulling me into a hug

When she pulled away she had this big smile on her face, with tears in her eyes she said "I'm so happy for you," she kissed my cheek

The boys finally reached us and did that bro hug with Dom and gave me a bone crushing hug, "Congratulations Niykee," I turned to the voice to see Angelo

I smiled as I walked to him, he wrapped me in a hug and we stayed that way for a bit till I pulled away "Thank you for ever thing," I said

He smiled "that's what family is for," he studied my face "I know is not the time to bring this up and all but right before those men grabbed you I was an hour behind your father but then he disappeared," he shook his head

"Uncle Angelo, don't feel sorry for what didn't happen I know you tried your hardest to keep me safe," I stated "You and Derek but something's happen for a reason, things that is out of our control and what happened is done and I'm looking forward not back you should the same," I pulled him into a hug

"Don't worry about me so much I have one hell of a family behind me now," I finished smiling at him

He smiled back "You remind me so much of your mother she was always strong spirited," I felt my heart fill with pride "So about this wedding you should have it here I can set up a venue for you and the other things all you have to worry about is who you're going to invite and what kind of food and the theme,"

I wanted to scream so I did I turned to everyone who was looking at me "WE ARE HAVING A ITALTY WEDDING!" Amber started squealing jumping up and down and Dom laughed while nodding

"Thank Angelo really," I kissed his cheek and ran to the to the other so we can start planning everything

Looking at all my friends laughing and goofing off was the best feeling ever, the path that I was on made me lose a lot of people I cared about but in the end I ended up gaining the ones who matter the most and I wouldn't change it for the world, I most defiantly can't wait to tell Derek the news about this. He might not be thrilled about it but I know he will be happy for me no matter what.

 Dom's eyes locked on to mine they were shining with happiness and pride, I felt like the luckiest girl in the word to have him and it's true about what they say 'whatever doesn't kill makes you stronger.'

Awe they are going to get married <3 I was thinking about doing on last chapter where it is there wedding, what do you guys think do you want a wedding chapter? let know....anyways untill next time
