Mal's Older Sister

Chapter 9

I saw him look around us and he was surprised. "It's okay. Your doing it." I said and I started swimming. He started swimming and I went under. He came under and he looked around under the water. I came back above and he did too. "I'm doing it!" He said. "You are!" I said giggling and got on the boogie board with Gil. He grabbed my arms and I smiled. I then did a flip into the water making a big splash and I came back up. I saw that Gil had fallen into the water and Harry was on the board. 

I then got onto the board and did a backbend with my legs over my head while straight. I stayed in that position before moving my legs into a handstand position and diving into the water. I came back up and they were shocked. I swam back to shore and grabbed my sunscreen again. I put some on and waited a while. I went back to the water and when I got far enough, I dove under water and started swimming. I went above the water and screamed. "AHH!" Gil and Harry yelled while falling into the water. I started laughing and looked around. "Did they just fall into the water again?" Mal asked and I swam over to her. "They did cause I screamed." I said and she started laughing. "I forgot!" I said getting out of the water. "What's wrong?!" Mal asked. "Today is my celebration for my coronation on Friday! I need to go and get ready so that way the Isle can come over!" I said grabbed my stuff and using my magic to dry myself. I then used my magic to change my clothes and put on my sandals. I ran off to my bike and got on. I drove back to the castle and ran inside. 

"Your back early!" Queen Belle said. "Today is my celebration for my coronation! I need to get ready!" I said. "The ladies are waiting for you!" She said and I ran to the room. "Sorry!" I said putting my bag down. "Great, we got your dress ready to go." They said and I sat down at the chair. They pulled my hair down and started working on it. The other lady started doing my makeup and relaxed. "The residents of the Isle are coming soon, your Majesty. Where do you want them to be at?" Lumiere asked. "Ball room." I said and he bowed before leaving. "Are your parents gonna be at this occasion?" Ms Merryweather asked. "Of course. I asked the King and he said I could. Actually most of my family from Olympus is gonna be here and at my coronation." I said and they finished my makeup. Ms Fauna finished my hair and I looked at my dress. "It's beautiful!" I said while holding it. I got dressed and came out. "You look amazing, dear!" Ms Flora said and I smiled. They gave me my heels and I heard Lumiere. They took me to the door behind the ball room and I waited. "We've been waiting for this special occasion for this young lady for a while. Please welcome the future Queen of the Isle, Underworld, and Evil, your Majesty, Princess Melody Underworld!" He said and they opened the doors. I went through and everyone either gasped or started whispering.

"Go Mel!" Mal cheered and clapped loudly. "Go sis!" Harry yelled and started clapped as well. Everyone then started clapping and I went down the stairs. I saw Mom and Dad and I smiled. Harry helped me down and he smiled at me. "You look amazing, big sis." He said. "Thank you, little bro." I said and went over to my parents. "There's my little Queen!" Dad said and we hugged. "You look gorgeous, darling!" Mom said and we hugged. "Thank you guys. I'm so excited you guys could come." I said. "Do you think we could miss the celebration of our daughter's coronation? Your growing up and I'm so proud of you." Mom said. "Me too, sweetheart." Dad said and I hugged both of them. I saw everyone start to dance and I looked at Dad. "Care to dance, Daddy?" I asked. "Why not?" He asked and we went to the center of the ballroom. We started dancing and everyone dancing around us. 

A while later, Ben came up to us and we looked at him. "It would be an honor to dance with the future Queen." He said bowing. "Go ahead." Dad said and went to Mom. We started dancing and everyone around us stopped. "So, your becoming Queen on Friday?" He asked. "Yes." I said smiling as we did the waltz. "What are you gonna do after?" He asked. "Actually, I wanna do something now." I said and looked at Fairy Godmother. I standed at the balcony and looked at the members of the Isle. "I want to make an announcement. Me and King Beast have decided that we are gonna to put a checkpoint at the entrance of the Isle of the Lost so that way the villains kids can attend Auradon. We are gonna go around the classes on the first day and ask if you want to go back to the Isle or stay in Auradon." I said and the Isle kids looked at each other. 

"I wanted to create it on my coronation but I want to do it today." I said and Fairy Godmother standed next to me. She gave me the wand and we went outside with the others behind me. "It's time now we do this together, let's put a checkpoint at the entrance of the Isle forever." I said and pointed the wand to the entrance. I added a checkpoint there and turned back to the others. Everyone cheered and I walked back to them while blowing the top of the wand and giving the wand back to Fairy Godmother smirking happily.
