Once Ali had gone back to her room daan had a team meeting and Ryan went to the hotel gym she started with stretching once done she started doing 100 push ups after that she went on to 100 sit ups after she got up and went over to the boxing bag and she started hitting it to work out her emotions as she was working out a few of the USA girls came into the gym to work out for a bit they saw Ryan but most was looking at her body as she kept working out once she done she jumps onto the boxing bag and starts doing sit ups from there she does 200 before getting down and doing more stretches once done she grabs her water and towel she waves to the open mouth players and heads back up to her room as she gets off the lift she see ash and Ali at her door ready to knock

Ryan thanks took me a year to get it like this and I plan to keep it this way

Ali well you always loved fitness more than sports anyways I spoke to mum her and Kyle changed the flights they will be here in a few hours mum asked if you could go to airport with me to pick them up she want to see you her self but you know the second she see you she going to be all mother mode

Ryan that's fine I just need to shower and wait for daan to finish her meeting with the team she should be finished in about 5 mins anyways why don't you come in and I will jump in a shower and get ready

Ryan opens the room door and lets them in once in use makes her way over and grabs some jogger and boxers and a sports bra and heads off into a shower once in there she strips and jumps into a shower has a was and washes her hair once done she jumps out and drys off putting on her boxers and bra as well as her joggers just as she makes her way back into the room she hears the room door go

Daan hey baby am back the meeting was boring just going over schedules and training stuff we have the rest of today feet and tomorrow I was thinking we could go for a walk tonight we it gets dark before curfew

Ryan that's ok babe and yes that sound great Ali and ash are hear by the way they just asked if we wanted to go to pick mum and Kyle up at airport they changed there flights and mum want me there

Daan hey guy sorry didn't see you there and that fine babe let me jujutsu fresh in up and then we can get going

Ryan ok babe and did you manage to fine a iron for some where

Daan yea baby your stuff is iron and hung up for you I won't be long

Daan kisses Ryan's cheek and heads into the bathroom to freshen up a bit as she does Ryan grabs one of her t shirts and chucks it on just as daan come back out of bathroom

Daan baby can you grab me your red hoodie it's getting a bit cold out

Ryan yea babe I got it do we need anything else

Daan I need my purse

Ryan it fine babe I got my wallet on me if we need anything we can go it out car if you want it a seven seater for the team

Ali yea that would be good idea mum usual brings a few cases with her anyway so we need the room

Ryan she not changed then she used to do that when we was little kids

Ali she still mum she just got a lot quieter after you left I think she thought it had something to do with her she be ok once she sees you but get ready she probley give you a slap as well

Ryan yea she will I know she will but with us being at the airport I think she will wait till we get back here

Ali she might just hold you and not let you go Kyle will probley start crying

Ryan he always was the softy of us all

Ali yea he was he stopped talking for about 6 weeks after you left it took me getting hurt for him to talk and he wouldn't stop crying

Ryan I know I hurt you all for leavening I wish I didn't just leave without telling you guys but I was only a kid and I was scared I just didn't know what to do so I ran away am sorry I hut you all

Ali Ryan it ok I understand way you did it now it hurt me at first but now I know why you did it I understand why you ran away am just glad your here and safe now that's all that matters to me I want to back in my life your my baby sister and I will not lose you again ever

Ryan am not going anywhere well I will be apart of your life now but I will be going back to England with daan after World Cup I hope you understand I can go to USA right now I can't deal with that

Ali i know you will as long as I still get to see and speak to you then am happy I just want to be apart of you life in anyway you will let us

Ryan you will always be apart of my life Ali you my big sister you took care of me when I was scared as a baby you are a rock just like daan is just watching you become the player you are made me proud to be your sister I never hide who I was for anyone they knew who I was it took me a few month to open up to daan and tell her everything but once I opened up to her I felt a weight had been lifted she helped me ever since she the love of my life

Ryan holds ali in her arms for a bit then they head off down to the car park to get into the car once at the car daan opened the back door

Daan why don't you sit in back with Ali baby and I will drive us there and me and ash can get to know each other a bit if that ok with everyone

They all say it's fine and daan jumps into the drive seat Ali and Ryan jump in back ash get in passenger seat and they set off to the air port as they do daan and ash get to know each other more as Ali cuddles up into Ryan and hold onto her tight
