Shiro's original design was basically the same as he is now. There weren't any major changes. He was the same kid I envisioned. But he was originally supposed to have a temari ball.

It started around seven or eight months of your pregnancy. At that time, your body was gradually becoming weaker and weaker and Sanemi noticed it. Kanae and Shinobu immediately assessed your situation. They learned that you were still alive and happily told Sanemi and the others.
