hi! so here is a tutorial on how to do themed account icon/header. take note that you can do more about your theme, but since this is a tutorial for basics, we can start in the simplest way. btw i'm using my old laptop for this hehe

open adobe photoshop and click 'new'. type the size 500 x 500. after, press 'ok'

resize the photo by pressing 'ctrl + t' and carefully adjust it in the canvas. ctrl + t will help you in resizing in the right dimension and not certainly makes the photo very stretchy.
