Ok info, Peter is a waiter at the deli shop to help out and earn money, except the deli shop has gotten popular and the Avengers wanted to try their food. Peter didn't expect to see them but tries to be respectful and not interrupt their meal. Yes civil war happened and age of ultron but no one dies and they settled the war. Spiderman fought in the war but Tony didn't find his identity just approached him during patrol.

Petey boi
He was working his usual shift at the deli shop. The shop got really popular because it had special sugar filled coffee free with an order with 3 or more sandwiches or it'll cost extra. The shop was upgraded so it had tables in and outside and some booths. He was happy that Mr. Delmar was doing good and more people seemed to like Murph (the cat) he worked there for money and to help Mr. Delmar with all the new customers coming in to try the new drinks. Just he never expected a certain group of new customers to walk in. He stared as THE AVENGERS walked in.
He realised he was staring and went back to clearing a recently used table. He couldn't help but notice everyone staring and thinking 'stop staring it's rude' he knew they couldn't hear him but be wanted them to stop because it was rude. They didn't come to this shop to be stared at like animals in a zoo. As he was carrying the cups to the back to be washed, he passed the counter not staring at the Avengers as he passed.
Once he dropped the cups in the back he washed and walked out. As he looked at the tables he saw the Avengers sitting at one of the big corner booths. They chose to stay and not get take out. He quietly sighed knowing this would be a long night because they sat in his work area. (I'm guessing certain waiters have certain areas assigned to them to take orders and serve because that seems logical.)
He took a rag and soap and cleaned the table that happened to be two tables away from the Avengers. He couldn't help but notice the black widow staring at him out of the corner of his eye. He took the rag and soap in the back and prepared to go out and take their order. He walked out and approached their table. He saw all the avengers were present. He also saw they had two tables attached to the booth so they all could fit.
There was Tony Stark, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Falcon, Captian America, Bruce Banner or as others say, Hulk, Thor, and some new Avengers like Winter Soldier, Scarlet Witch, Vision, and Quicksilver. He remembers all of them from civil war fight, excpet Quicksilver, Bruce, and Thor weren't there. (Everyone thought Pietro was dead but his speed caused his heart to work over time and kept him alive pushing the bullets out and the wounds, healing them. He is alive. He came back after searching for all of them.)
As he approached he asked them "Are you guys ready to order?" Tony nodded. He took his notepad out and got ready. "We all will be having the new sandwich for today except for Sam, he'll have just a #4" he nodded and walked back to tell the chef. But as he was walking away he heard Tony say "any bets how long it'll take him to ask for autographs?" Some laughed but they all took bets but he didn't hear the black widows voice. "Nat it's unfair when you study them." Tony said. "To bad, my bet is that he won't ask for one" he heard others chuckle "you sure you wanna do that Nat? They always ask." He heard Hawkeye asked. "I'm sure" she said.
He told the chief the orders and he went back to clearing some tables. When the food was ready he took it on a tray and handed the sandwitches out. "Enjoy your meal!" He said in his usual cheerful voice and walked away. "Just wait for the check, that's when he'll ask." He heard Falcon say. He went in the back and got their check. He took orders of others customers, not even giving the Avengers a second glance. "Maybe the young midgardian won't intrude on our meal?" Thor suggested. "They always do, it's just a matter of time" Tony said. Now this was when the reality of the situation hit him, yes just now not when he first saw them. He was serving the Avengers which some he fought and they don't even know it. What if he bluntly told them he was Spiderman, or maybe mess with them? Once he saw most were finished he brought the check out. "Here's the check, hope you enjoyed the meal!" He said and walked off.
Well the world must want him to interact with the Avengers because his shift ended after they paid meaning he was leaving when they were too. He was walking down the sidewalk to his apartment and the crosswalk said to stop. He stopped at the curb and saw that the Avengers were behind him through a glass reflection on a building. He felt a tap, he turned and looked at them. "Yeah?" He asked. "You didn't ask us for any autographs at the deli." He nodded "it would have been rude to ask for an autograph while you guys were eating" he notice them looking at each other. "Well do you want an auto graph?" Tony asked. He grinned "Are you trying to win on the bets you made so the black widow doesn't win?" They were speechless. "You heard that?" Clint asked. "Oh totally. But I don't mind, but if it'll get the black widow to win I'll decline." The black widow grinned and winked at him. She knew he was Spiderman! He realised. Well he might as well tell them. The crosswalk showed he could walk so he quickly said "yeah super hearing comes with spider powers, really useful, well have a great night." He couldn't stop grinning as he turned and walked off. He knew they got it.
Tomorrow
He was heading to work when he saw the Avengers waiting at the entrance. He could barely see them through the crowd but it just made it easier to slip by them into the deli. Of course the black widow saw him but said nothing. He started working and one of the Avengers must have looked through the glass and saw him. They entered and approached him. "Hey" he said while cleaning a table and setting it up for the next customers. "Hey Spiderman" Tony said but quiet enough no one could hear. He grinned "Yep, the same superhero that fought against you guys served you guys." Tony grinned "Well nice to finally meet you, come by the tower after your shift so we can talk about what happened after the war."
He nodded. "So anyways would you guys like a sandwich or are you leaving empty handed?" Tony looked between the door and the menu. "Yeah we'll be getting sandwiches. Same order" he laughed "good choice" he got the pre made sandwiches and gave them to the Avengers, "see you later" he said. The avengers nodded, already eating the sandwiches. They left, "What is my life" he said out loud to no one. "It's F**king awesome" a guy in a booth said. But then suddenly looked up at the ceiling confused.

The man was teleported through a portal that he didn't know where it led but no one else seemed to see it. He carried on and at the end of his shift he prepared for the night of his life.
