A Devils Warmth (R❄)

Prologue

The battle between The Devil and the Princess was one. Princess Hibana had lost her fight against the Devil known as Shinra Kusakabe.

Once Hibana had regained consciousness looking around being protected by the Devil himself she started talking

"I had no one to look up too and guide me,I didn't have anyone like that though... All I had to prop myself up were my flames and then I found out they couldn't be trusted either. I don't have anything left now" She looked down in defeat. Until Shinra crouched down in front of her.

"If you want a hero theres one right here. Just look to the skies and cry out my name ill come and save you anytime" He said cracking a smile at her. Causing her to blush slightly

"But thats ridiculous. You're under no obligation to help me at all. Especially not after what I've done." Hibana fired back

Shinra replied "But I don't have to be obliged if you say you need me I'll come running cause thats what heroes do"

"Whatever the case you defeated me so I don't intend to fight you any longer" She told him the blush growing more apparent before turning to Iris.

"What do you think, did I overcome my shyness a bit?" Iris asked

"How is that even a question now. I cant believe you waltzed into my base all by yourself." She told her.

"Of course I did I wanted to see your flowers again. They're pretty!" She exclaimed

"I did make you a promise didn't I..." Hibana replied while summoning her blazing flowers.

"They're Irises!" Iris called out

"Yea. How do you like them?" She questioned when all of a sudden Iris pulls her into a hug

Mumbling "I love you sister"

After resting for a bit and going outside to see the chaos of Hibana's men lying around out cold

"T-the guy with glasses he's a monster" said a officer before passing out*

"Looks the the 8th company has routed us..." Mumbled Hibana

*Must've been the Lieutenant.* Shinra and Iris thought.

Hibana sighs. "How am I gonna explain this mess to the higher ups... For that matter what should I tell this spilled gravel" She thought out loud.

"Think Captain Obi had a plan, He was gonna try set everything up to look like a nocturnal joint training exercis-." He told her before she interrupted him

"But you flew in before he could set the groundwork for that right? If you keep charging ahead like that you're bound to screw up eventually." She explained

"I think I've come up with a good solution what if we smooth things over with a fun little dinner party between the 5th and 8th companies" She said excitedly.

"That seems a bit outlandish-" Shinra replied seeming skeptical.

"And yet. It just might work" Hibana said cutting him off

"Mmmhmmm mmhhmm" Iris replied nodding along

"Uhhhh" Shinra still unsure about it

"There are times when the most ridiculous ruses are the ones people are least likely to suspect. I can tell everybody that to test the fighting strength of company 5 I planned a surprise attack drill asking company 8 to play the bad guys. Shinra would you mind rounding up the rest of the 8th and filling them in on the new situation" She asked

"You sure are being cooperative now" Still questioning her trust.

"W-well yea that because I've taken a liking to you..." She mumbled, blush creeping back while twirling her hair around her finger.

*Hmmmmm Does Hibana like- No that can't be possible right?* Iris questioned herself while watching her interact with him listening to his every word with a slight blush on her face.

So I'm Back. Does this mean I'm going back to Saiko x Izuku. Possibly but while in lock down I've found show I like a lot more. Such as Black Clover, Konosuba etc. I'll try wrap it up at like 10 chapters. Including a rewritten Joint Training.  So I bid you farewell till later today who knows what story I'll update.
