Chapter Three: Conversatons

Michael's POV

The way she ate was so cute, it made me want to kiss her lips and taste the food, but that's my vampire speaking. I have no taste for human food, but if I did I'd be kissing her just to get it off. She seemed hungry when I came up to the room and it seemed rude not to feed her because she was going to be my food source soon, the thought made me both happy and sad, I was happy because I hated killing people just so I could quench the almost constant thirst. The guys had already found their blood slaves or what normal people call their girlfriends. Something about this girl made me weak but strong at the same time. It was like I needed her blood to fuel me and make me strong. I shook off the thoughts and went back to watching her, her chocolate brown eyes made me want to smile. Her frizzy wake up brown hair was cute and made her eyes look amazing.

She saw me looking or marveling at her more like it. I could tell something was bothering her, like she had a bad dream or something. I smiled at her,

"Enjoying the food?" I asked her trying to ease up the tension. She nodded slowly and set her fork down,

"Why am I here?" she asked, I pursed my lips debating on telling her the truth. I wanted to, but I didn't want her to freak out. She probably was, I mean I would be pissed if I found myself in some strangers house. I sighed,

"I'm not sure you need to know." I said cautiously. She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms across her chest, it made her look delicious. It snapped out of the thought,

"Really? So you brought me to this creepy place with no intentions? You don't plan to rape me or drink my blood empty? I mean you are vampires right?" she said in one breathful. I was slightly shocked that she knew we were vampires. What else did she know? Yet she was slightly amusing. I laughed slightly.

"I have a couple intentions but it doesn't include sex. Unless you want to go there." I smiled, she gave me a disgusted look,

"What are your intentions?" she asked me. I looked away still not sure of what to tell her. I needed a blood slave/girlfriend but I dont want to take her life away. I gave a frustrated sigh,

"I don't know yet." I said. She just looked down,

"Can I go home?" she asked me, something told me that she didn't want to go home. I shook my head slowly,

"You know too much already. We need you to stay." I said feeling deeply sorry. She just nodded and looked out the window.

Fallen's POV

"Can I go home?" I asked. I didn't want to go home to my dad. I just wanted to be away from this creepy place,

"You know too much already. We need you to stay." he said. I nodded and looked out the window. I fought the tears that kept threatening to spill over and show my weakness. I wiped away the few that escaped. I tried to get them under control but they kept coming. I missed my mom. I wished she never died in the first place. I felt a cold pair of arms wrap around me, "I'm sorry." I heard Michaels voice whisper in my ear. It reminded me of my dream. I turned around and looked at him with disbelief,

"How could you be sorry? You won't even let me leave." I said trying to gain control over the tears that kept coming. He looked hurt and sorry for me,

"I can't let you go because I don't know if I can trust you with the secret we carry around." he said, I knew he was talking about the Vampire thing. I shook my head.

"No one would believe me." I said, he pursed his lips,

"I still can't trust you." he said. I stood up and ran out the door. I didn't care that he could have been right behind me or even if he could catch up to me in a heart beat. I just ran as far as my legs would push me. I got as far as the perimeter of the trees before I was stopped and pulled back onto the ground by another band member, Adam. Michael came running up to me, "That's why." he said. Everything went dark.
