Sweet, caring, and extremely friendly. He has the power of light and reflection. He uses them to create light and reflect it so it glows brightly (exactly why he's called Bright Steve). He is actually (and surprisingly) the son of Rainbow Steve. It had been kept a secret from him for years! Emburn and him are a thing (mentioned in Dead Inside).
