~chapter 11. Hey, Seven.~

Your pov.

Me and aloha were just eating. It was all calm until I feel the ground rumble....
"What is going on?! It was so peaceful until now!"
A few inklings exclaim. Aloha looks around worried. I look over to the doors and out burst 4 octolings. They're very pale...... they look like they haven't seen the sun Ina while.
"Seek her, and capture her..."
They start attacking everyone. I jump up from my seat as (I/c) ooze sprays everywhere. We duck and cover and inklings scramble to get to safety. One octoling lunges at me. I yell out. Not having a weapon. She grabs me as I squirm to get out.

"Target acquired...... move out.."
The octolings drag me as a giant ship thing flies over.
"LET ME GO!! PLEASE! SOMEONE HELP!!"
I call out. The inkling cower in fear.
"ALOHA!"
I yell out. I see him calling someone...
"HELP ME PLEASE! SOMEONE!"
A giant rope shoots down and wraps around me. Yanking me up, aloha sprints out. But it's too late. I'm being yanked up into the ship. The octolings superjump up into the ship and we start moving. I look down below as the land disappears as I'm hoisted up.

"Let me go!! Please!!"
I yell. Just now noticing how the octoling girl look like me. So does the boy.
"Who are you?! What am I doing here?!"
"Eight... I don't think she remembers us.."
"I think you're right nine..."
"Wait. Who are you?!"
"I'm Eight. That's nine. And we are apart of the octobeak Splatoon. Ex members of the squidbeak splatoon. We heard that you were out here and came to get you... seven..."
"Seven?! Who is seven?"
"You are."

"Your memory was wiped by Cap'n Cuttlefish when he kicked us off. We were kicked off because we were supposedly helping the Evil octolings and octarions. We were banned to octo valley and people finally decided that inklings and octolings couldn't be friends..."
The boy named Eight explains.
"We tried to make peace. But it was too far along and they believed their own lies. You were sent back to your original home, unlike us, where you were living for the past 2 years. We've been looking for you. And finally found you!"
The girl explains and hugs me. Despite the fact that I'm still tied up.

"Why is gloves my friend then.... why do I remember living in that home my whole life if I came to inkopolis... this doesn't make any sense!!"
"They gave you fake memories. One being that gloves was your childhood friend. He lived in the same place you grew up in anyways. So it made sense. Gloves was supposed to only pretend to be your friend. But it seems he actually developed a real bond with you as he came and went between his hometown and inkopolis."
Eight says as he unites me.
"We needed to find you... seven..."
"My name is (y/n)."
I get a flash into my past...

"Seven!"
"Seven?"
"Yeah! This here is eight! So that makes you seven!"
"Seven.... I like that name!!"

I stare at eight. He smiles as I rush up and hug him tightly.
"I missed you eight.... nine...."
She joins in. I feel warm and safe.

Riders pov (I pulled a sneaky on ya didn't I?!)

"Goggles!!"
I barge into his house. I'm wearing my agent 3.5 stuff with my edgy ripped cape. Callie and Marie say in going through my 'edgy phase', but I think it just looks cool.
"What rider?!"
He goes to pull my pants down. I grab them and hold them up.
"Awe man!"
"Goggles this is serious. Remember eight and nine?"
"Yeah!"
"They got her. They got seven."
"Wait really?!"
"Yeah. We gotta go!"
I grab my dymamo roller and goggles is quick to follow me.

"Where do you think they went with her?!"
Callie says concerned that they'll never find seven.
"Probably back to octo valley! We must head there first!"
I say and goggles nods. He's the most serious I've ever seen him.
"Well! Let's go! Come on!!"
Pearl says and I stop her.
"We need to bring aloha!"
"Gramps? Is that okay?"
"I've seen him around. He's not that bad. Okay! Recruit him! He can be agent  4!!"

I call up aloha. He agrees and will meet us outside.
"It's all good! He will meet us outside!!"
Callie grabs her roller and Marie takes her charger. I also take my roller an goggles takes his splattershot. We head out and wait for aloha to arrive.

Aloha jumps out of the sewers and puts his new agent 4 gear. Then we head into pearl and marinas helicopter.
"I'm worried for her.... she was really cool!!"
Goggles says happily. But with a worried tone.
"She was fresh.... what will be have to do? Wipe her memory again?!"
Marie says then pearl pipes up.
"No! We shouldn't wipe her memory! It's not good! If we do get her back we should let her know her past. They've been tracking her for 2 years now. She would've found out eventually anyways."
"I agree with pearl! My memory was never wiped! I'm an octoling! I was under the DJs hypnosis! But I still remember everything. We can't hide her past from her."

Marina says and I sigh.
"Guys. Focus. First we need to actually get her back!!"
I notice that aloha isn't in the discussion circle. But he's over by the open doors of the helicopter. His eyes fixed on his feet which are dangling out over the edge. Callie catches my glance and looks over at him as well.
"Aloha! Are you okay?"
She pipes up. Aloha looks over his shoulder.
"If you wipe her memory, will she not remember me?"
"......"
The room falls silent with shock from aloha comment and sad tone.
"Why?"
Marie says, almost hitting goggles with her charger.
"I just kinda like her.... I want her to remember me...."

He looks at the ground.
"Umm. Hey aloha?"
"What?"
He looks at me.
"Whatever we do will be her choice... if we get her back. Wiping her memory will be all her choice... we don't have to do it.... and we will get her back. I promise."
I say. Softly. Everyone looks shocked at my sudden change of tone. But they agree.
"Yeah!! And we will still be great friends with her! Even if she doesn't remember us! We will still be friends at heart! They're will always be a pice of her that remember us!!"
Goggles says happily.

"Yeah!! And hey! We may not even wipe her memory!!"
Callie chirps sweetly. (Callie is best girl) aloha smiles and joins us in the circle.
"I do have one plan... but it's risky. But do done right we will get her back...."
Aloha says with determination.

"Okay aloha. What do we have to do?"

Eek!! Plot twist!!
Did you like? The last book had a plot twist. But it didn't really make sense at all and was so close to the end that it was just crappy.
Now. Who is best girl? Callie or Marie? It's obviously Callie. But whatever.
