Today is the big day I been waiting for all my life it's Graduation day the moment is finally here, my alarm woke me up I just know I can't be late today. Ion know If Roc coming or whatever so Ian wake him up I just went on by my business getting ready Teda is on her way to come get me we riding together. My dad said he was gone be there but what that shit Roc said last week when he came to visit made me think cause he didn't come back or nothing
So I have no one but myself and my friends and their mother I'm so thankful for them all cause I know they got me no matter what. And they ain't even family but they been family to me more than my real family.
Grabbing my purse and phone I made my way out of my room into the kitchen I grab another cheesecake I just know my stomach finna be tore up eating this early in the mornings but ole well it'll be okay
I sat down at the table got on my phone waiting it just hit 8 o'clock and I think graduation starts at 9 well it suppose to
I finished up the cheesecake and threw it away in the trash I grab my purse and left out the door making sure to lock it. Teda just pulled up I walked over to the car Yanni was in the backseat I'm surprise she ain't ride with Herb or nothing
"I like that dress" Teda complimented
"Ouu for real thank you chick Key brought it for me" I smiled grabbing my lip gloss I applied some to my lips
"Give me some mines at the house" Yanni held her index finger out

"So are y'all ready or what cause I know I am" Teda yelled

"Why Mia or Maya ain't want to ride with us?" I turned around asking Yanni
"They riding with my momma" she shrugged "They think they slick like woman I know I got a car"
"I know I got one too my momma and daddy came through" Teda said "Cause I know my aunt tired of me driving her car"
Not saying anything I just know Ian got me no car, if imma get one of course I'm gone buy one on my own with my own money
Teda pulled up at the school I grabbed my purse and phone following behind them in the building to meet with the other kids
