History: Genji was born in the Earth Kingdom, Ba Sing Se to be exact. His parents, Kiera and Haru, were glad to have him in their lives, giving him whatever he needed and more. He spent most of his time helping his family with their artisan business. It was a tough job, but it kept the bills paid and food on the table. In his teen years the White Lotus arrived at his home one night and notified him and his family about Genji and his twin sister being the Avatar. Two Avatar's, split to make one. The pair of siblings were sent out to a small town hundreds of miles away from Ba Sing Se to live with the White Lotus and learn about their duties and abilities as the Avatars. Unfortunately, only months into their training, their village was invaded by the Republic Nation's forces who were in search of the Avatar. Genji and his sister were captured for being possible suspects, but the forces had no clue of their true identities and were really just arresting most earthbenders left and right. Personality: Genji is a very hard-headed boy, not letting the slightest thing stop him. When his heart is set on something, he will do what he can to get it. He is compassionate when he needs to be, and never lets anything hurt the ones he loves. He is very loyal to his friends and family, and though he may seem like je thinks he is unstoppable, which he definitely isn't, he really just doesn't want anyone thinking that he is useless. He doesn't mind being looked after, but he doesn't like when people constantly tell him what to do and say that its for the best and for the safety of the Avatar. He finds it quite annoying. When he isn't able to pick up on bending another element, he can get angry, but time is the only thing that can calm him down. Fears / Weaknesses: - He is bad at talking about his own feelings, making him a pretty bad friend. - Due to his history, he has a hard time trusting others. Strengths: - Genji is good at keeping his emotions in check, giving him a rational point of view. - He is physically strong, which means that he is good at protecting himself or those he care about. - He is honest, and a good listener, which means you can come to him whenever you have a problem you can't solve on your own. Family: - His father and mother, Haru and Kiera, live in Ba Sing Se. He has not seen them since a few years ago when he moved. His sister _____ is currently imprisoned with him.
