inspiration given to me by notyourmadre! a friendship oneshot, no sherry, drag queens, male pronouns out of drag and female in drag, and it's christmasssssss

Heidi woke up extremely early, around three am. Groaning quietly, he rolled over and grabbed around for his phone. After a few minutes the phone (which had ended up on the floor) had been found, so he was able to check the time- Christmas! Heidi let out an loud squeal and jumped out of bed, hurriedly getting into drag and sprinting down the hallway. All the season 12 queens had decided (it was mainly Brita's idea) to stay in a hotel from the 23rd right the way through to Mid Jan(nuary) to celebrate together as a cast. So far not much had happened, apart from Jaida and Widow walking into Gigi's room to find Gigi and Crystal getting very intimate with eachother, and Rock falling face first into a cake the night before.

Heidi burst into Nicky's room, jumping around. "Bitch it's Christmas!" Nicky woke with a start, falling out of his bed and glaring up at the excitable queen.

"Oh my fucking god are you kidding me? It's..." He switched his phone on and looked at the time, before flinging it down. "Three in the morning! Of all times to wake up it had to be this early."

Heidi smiled, sitting down on the bed and looking down at Nicky. "It's the best day of the year! It's a happy time, aren't you glad? Joyous? Feeling the Christmas Spirit?"

"It. Is. Three. In. The. Fucking. Morning. And you're in fucking drag." Nicky growled, his French accent becoming more and more prominent. "Go and find Crystal, I bet he's up."

"Alright I will! See you soon Nicky!" Smiling and seemingly unfazed by the incident, Heidi headed out and walked over to where Crystal was staying. Before she could knock, the door slammed open and Crystal stood there, also in full drag with a wide grin.

"Happy Christmas!" Crystal shouted, pulling Heidi into the room. Not surprisingly, she'd covered her room with Christmas decorations. They were everywhere; on the walls, the door, the bed frame.

"Happy Christmas!" Heidi shouted back, jumping onto the bed happily. Crystal had wandered over to her suitcase, pulling a bag out and rifling through it with a slight frown on her face. Her face then cleared as she pulled out a box and she walked over to Heidi.

"This is my present. I couldn't wait sooo." She grinned, before handing the box to Heidi and sitting down next to her.

"Aw thank you!" Heidi grinned, peeling the paper away and opening the box. Inside it had a t-shirt which read "SOFT AND SUPPLE" on it and some makeup (the brands which Heidi adored the absolute most). "Thank you so much darling." Heidi leaned over and hugged Crystal warmly, which was returned with equal warmness. "I'll give you your present later, when everyone else is up."

Crystal smiled and laid back, looking around the decorations proudly. "I got a necklace for Gigi you know, the one I showed you and Aiden earlier?"

"Oh yeah." 

"I think she'll like it, do you think she will? I hope she does, it means a lot."

"Crystal she'll love it! Promise!"

Once everyone had woken up and gotten themselves into drag, they all gathered in Jaida's room (seeing as it was the biggest) to give out presents. All the girls had brought eachother something, however all the presents varied heavily in price range. For example, Rock had brought the girls little pictures of them, which she found on some online shop, whereas Dahlia had brought everyone some shoes. Heidi had given them little charms with memories from the show on them, and Crystal had managed to give Gigi her necklace, which was met with a lot of affection to the disgust of Jan sitting next to them, who mimed throwing up and gagging.

"Oh come on Jan, you've done the exact same with EJ." Widow shouted, grinning at her.

"Yes but when we've all just woken up, it's still gross." Jan retorted, fixing her Jantasy badge. The last person to hand out presents was, surprisingly Aiden. She'd waited patiently until the end before passing her gifts around. They were little badges, replicas of the outfits she'd worn during her time on the show.

"Aww these are so sweet!" Brita screamed, squeezing Aiden tightly. "I love them!"

"Jesus Christ Brita, let her breathe." Jackie joked. "But they're lovely Aiden, honestly."

"Thank you." Aiden said, looking at Heidi. "I have something a little different for you Heids." 

"Oh really? What is it?" Heidi asked. She'd noticed she hadn't received anything from Aiden, which had been a bit of a shock considering how close they'd been during filming. Heidi had defended Aiden during Untucked during the Gays Anatomy episode, which Aiden had been extremely grateful for. Aiden pulled a package out of her box of gifts and passed it to Heidi, to an audience of confused drag queens.

"I thought it'd be a good memory of the show I guess." Aiden had a smile spreading on her face, as she watched Heidi open the present.

"Oh my god..." Heidi held the black, pixie wig up and grinned. "It's your fricking wig Aiden!" She started laughing loudly, hugging Aiden. "Thank you for this! You didn't have to."

The older queen hugged Heidi back, whilst the others sat there in fits of laughter.

"Well chile I never thought I'd see that coming." Jaida remarked, holding onto Widow who had completely lost it.

"Happy Christmas then?" Aiden smiled looking around the room to nods. "Great, now who's getting the food?"
