In the following months after your transition, you were finding it hard to get a handle on it. The thirst was unbearable, even though you were told that you would get used to the taste of blood bags, but you found it hard to even stomach the taste. The Mikaelson brothers were making the transition a bit easier for you, helping every step of the way, teaching you how to feed without killing the person, because they knew with how your personality was and your heightened emotions, the guilt would be unbearable for you to take. They taught you compulsion, showing how you could feed from a human and make them forget that you were ever there. You kept doubting yourself at times, but Elijah was always there assuring you there was no one stronger. Since the transition, your bond with the brothers became stronger, and theirs with you. Since you died with blood from all three brothers in your system, you were technically sired by all three, it had never happened before but it explained a lot, especially when you could barely get the blood bag down, Kol assured you it was okay, and you could stomach it, a few other instances happened when something happened and Klaus and Elijah assured you it was fine and you stopped worrying immediately.

With your new status as the God/Vampire Hybrid and your relationship with the brothers, the vampires came to fear you as much as they feared the Mikaelsons, no one dared to question you, knowing if they did, they would face you or one of the three Mikaelson brothers. You impressed the brothers with your compassion, your empathy, your ruthlessness and your drive to get things done. Your death and your rebirth as a hybrid had driven the other Elder Witches into hiding, Davina was the only witch you really trusted and had grown a close friendship with, because of her hatred for them was just as strong as yours. They had tried to kill her before, and they had killed you which made you allies against them. Davina had managed to get her hands on some Old Norse stories and poems that were never put in The Old Norse Edda, which were a collection of poems about the Gods and Goddesses, as well as some old journals about demigods. Davina sighed in frustration, "I wish I knew Old Norse, it's going to be a hassle to translate this." You looked over at the book she was reading, reading out loud what you were seeing, "Wait! You know Old Norse? How?", she was surprised as you translated, writing down the translation. "No, I don't know it one bit, but it's like when I look at the words, I can understand it.", you admitted, "Maybe it's because it's the language of the Gods, and my father is one of those Gods.", you looked over what you had written down, pinching the bridge of your nose.

"It's the only thing I can think of and that makes sense.", you shrugged, "But I am left with more questions than answers. But it does say here, that there have been other demigods before me, but the last one died over six centuries ago.", you told her, "But it gives no clue who the demigod's deity parent is. There are multiple accounts here saying demigods have been made since 793 AD, the beginning of the Viking Age. Which makes sense they prayed the Norse Gods and Goddesses.", you read a bit more, turning the pages as you continued, "But the demigods would die at the age of 27 if they didn't ascend, fully developing the abilities they were given by their deity parent or from fighting each other. The demigods were born for the purpose of stopping Ragnarok, also known as "Fate of the Gods", the end of the world.", you stopped suddenly, "Those damn witches lied to me.", you ran your hand through your hair.

"What did they lie about?", Davina asked, she stoped writing, she had been taking notes as you translated the journals and books. "They said I was here to stop the war between the supernatural factions, that it was why I was born. They never said anything about this.", you gasped softly, realizing you had seen a journal with contents written about Ragnarok, you grabbed the journal and began flipping the pages until you found what you needed, you felt your heart sink at what you were reading, your skin went pale and your hands began to shake, "What is it?", Davina asked as she watched you closely, "Ragnarok is fought between the Gods of Aesir, who will be led by Odin; and the fire giants, the Jotnar and others monsters led by Loki and Surtr. Not only will most of the Gods, giants, and monsters die in this battle, but almost everything in the universe will be destroyed.", your eyes scanned the page, your face dropped more and tears pricked your eyes, your bottom lip trembled as you read on, "One of the battles will be my father against Jormungandr, the world serpent. Thor will kill Jormungandr, but he will die from his wounds and the poison after taking nine steps.", Davina placed her hand on yours, you closed your eyes letting a few tears fall down your cheeks.

You quickly wiped your eyes, sighing softly as you regained your composure, "It also says here that this won't happen for another...", you paused and squinted at the handwriting, "Another 9 centuries.", you finished. You closed the journal and stood up from your seat, "[Y/F/N]?", Davina called out to you as you had begun pacing the room nervously, "How am I supposed to stop the end of the fucking world?", you said angrily as you grabbed the journal that contained the information on Ragnarok and threw it at the wall, "My father is supposed to die! The whole world dies!", a hard sob wracked your body, "Davina, what do I do?", she stood from her seat and walked over to you, she didn't hesitate as she pulled you into a hug, you sobbed into her shoulder as you broke down more, "We'll figure it out, I promise.", she stroked your hair while you cried. The brothers were in another room, they respected your privacy so they never intentionally tried to eavesdrop on you, but when they heard the journal hit the wall they listened in on you, their gazes dropped to the table as you sobbed hard.

Davina held you until you calmed yourself, "We will figure all of this out. I will look into this a bit more, find out who exactly wrote this and when, maybe something has changed, the history has never had a God/Vampire Hybrid, maybe, just maybe this changes something. I promise I will find out.", she promised you before leaving. You thanked her for getting this information to you, you also thanked her for doing this for you, you composed yourself before heading downstairs, you needed to go for a walk to clear your head. You wrote a note for the brothers, letting them know you needed to clear your head before placing it in a place they would find it before grabbing your coat and heading out. You didn't even bother to take your phone, you needed utter silence and your phone would just distract you if you took it with you.
