This is my oc and her name is Mishito Mikiko. She is 16 and birthday is May 6. Her quirks is time stop and levitating. When she snaps her hand, she immediately stops time and when she touches someone while they are frozen in time they become unfrozen. The downside to her quirk is that I can only last up to a hour. And her body starts to heat up so she have rips in her outfit to keep her cool.
