It's been a while since we've seen each other. We haven't even talked.
I felt the distance growing between us, but I couldn't do anything about it. My hands are tied, and it's not likely to change.
I have to let you go.
Then out of the blue you greeted me the other day. Just a quick hello to let me know you're still there.
And just like that, the distance was no more.
