Threat

Loki's point of view

The other four Avengers looked at me in shock. My brother and Agent Romanoff stood beside me. "YOU'RE HER WHAT?!" Barton shouted. I think I liked it better when he was mind controlled.

"No, I refuse to believe that. She can't be-" Stark was cut off when I slid the paper with the results in front of him and the other Avengers. The four of them looked on the paper.

"It's true. She is Loki's daughter", Bruce says.

"So what now?" The soldier asks.

"We have to tell S.H.I.E.L.D", Natasha says. I looked at Agent Romanoff.

"No. We're not telling them", I said.

"I know I don't usually agree with Loki, but I agree with him on this one. S.H.I.E.L.D will lock her up", Tony says.

"If Leya really is Loki's daughter, we have to make sure that-" I cut off Natasha.

"That she's not a threat", I finished.

"She could be. We don't know how strong her powers-" Natasha was cut off again by Stark.

"She's not a threat, Natasha. You of all people should know that", Tony says to defend Leya.

"Natasha, promise that you won't tell S.H.I.E.L.D", I said. Everyone including Natasha looked at me in shock because of the fact that I didn't call her Agent Romanoff. We spent a moment gazing into each other's eyes before Natasha sighs. "Fine, I won't tell S.H.I.E.L.D or Fury", Natasha says.

"We can't tell Leya either", Captain Rogers says. I looked at him like he was a mad man and in this case, he was. I was about to say
something, but Stark spoke. "Steve's right. The less she knows, the better", Stark says as he looks at me.

I sighed, knowing that Stark was probably right. Natasha puts a hand on my shoulder. I looked at her with a small smile. She smiles back before walking to the training room.

"Are you in love with Natasha", Barton asks. I looked at him in shock. What the bloody hell was he thinking?

"No, Natasha and I are-" I was cut off by Stark.

"You didn't even call her Agent Romanoff. You're definitely in love with her", Stark says.

"Tell her. Go to her", Dr. Banner teases. I rolled my eyes.

"Tell her how you feel before it's to late", Barton says dramatically.

"There's not much time. Hurry. Tell her", Stark says. I looked at my brother as if saying "Are you really supporting this?" He just shrugs his shoulders with a smile on his face. Of course he's enjoying this.

"What are you waiting for? Talk to her", Banner says.

"You mortals are delusional", I said.

"Bring her flowers and get your lips ready", Stark says.

Stark, Rogers, Barton and Banner laughed as I walked out of the room. When no one was looking, I went to Leya's room. She was asleep already.

I sat down next to her on the bed. Her eyes slowly open. She looks at me with a smile. It was going to be hard keeping this secret from her. "What's wrong, Loki?" She asks.

I really want to tell her. She deserves to know the truth. "Nothing, Leya. You can go back to sleep", I said. Leya closes her eyes. I walked out of her room and went to mine.

Minutes later, there's a knock at my door. I opened it and saw Natasha standing in front of me. "Hey", she says.

"Hey", I said.

"I came to see if you were alright. It's going to be hard for you, keeping this secret from her".

"I'll be fine, Natasha. It will be hard keeping this secret from Leya, but I'll be fine".

"Okay, good", she said. "You know this is hard for Tony too, right? He cares about her as much as you do. He may not be blood related, but he still loves her".

"He'll never except that I'll be in Leya's life".

"He will. One day. Trust me, you'll have a chance to be in her life", Natasha says. Natasha kisses me on the cheek. I looked at her in shock. I thought it was only one kiss, but to Natasha, it was more than one kiss. Are we falling for each other? "Good night, Loki", Natasha says.

"Good night, Natasha", I said. Natasha walks away, to her room. I closed my door. Was I really falling for Natasha. She's stubborn sometimes annoying, but she's also fierce and beautiful. She's kind when she wants to be.
