I forced my eyes open to a blinding light. The sun was stimulating...

My window consisted of no curtains. So, the light entered my cramped apartment... inviting itself in. I could hear the birds singing and I assumed it was reasonably early in the morning. It was so warm and pleasant. Wait...a moment. Why was it warm and pleasant ???

I peer down from my little spot on the stable flammable floor. I regard considerable muscular arms bound around my waistline. what the fuck? Who in their appropriate mind would proceed inside my apartment and snuggle me while I was unconscious?

I abruptly arise up from the floor freeing myself from the heavy arms. I glance back to comprehend who it was. When I immediately meet a pair of strikingly earthy green eyes. It was Michael... but how? My face suddenly displays a strawberry red and Michael beams at me in amusement.

"Hey, handsome sleep well?" Michael challenges me, with a playful smirk portrayed on his face.

His captivating jet-black hair was in a clutter and his grin was astoundingly smooth. I couldn't believe he showed up in my place. Why?

Michaels POV

Jake was so charming he bolted away from me leaving a distance between us. He swung his head to the side evading eye contact. I saw a slight blush edging upon his face.

Jake had splendid dirty blonde hair it was normally styled nevertheless he just roused up with bed hair.

He possessed angelic blue eyes.

"Uhm..why are you here?" Jake, uttered in a timid voice.

"Did you think I would leave you alone after those text messages?" I questioned him with a concerned expression on my face.

~Flashback~

I wonder. How long is he intending on taking? I've been sitting here for two hours. I arrived here an hour beforehand. Usually, I am the one to make Jake wait.

He assured me he would join me here at four-thirty but...where is he? I needed to play this new game that just got released at the game store. I scanned my surroundings to perceive groups of teens, young adults, and middle-aged grown-ups gathered at the exterior of the game store.

Noooo there gonna take all the games!!!

It was considerably hot out,  I was in my white sport shorts-wearing my Mario black t-shirt. Damn... it was boiling outside I might go grab some ice cream first if... Jake doesn't hurry.

I was perched on a bench in front of the parking lot. Waiting patiently for him. I loved Jake so I could wait forever for him but...I was so eager to see him. I needed him here now so we could hang out. I let out a heavy sigh...I was beginning to get anxious. I gaze up toward the sky to study the searing sun.

It was like the sun was laughing at me. With a sinister smirk and the clouds were forming distinctive shapes. I suddenly envision Jake's face on one of the grey clouds.

Man...Jake drives me nuts, is he doing this on purpose? Was I  hallucinating?

Well,..maybe that's exaggerating.

"Ding!", a notification from my phone draws me out of my thoughts. I instantly snatch my phone out of my pocket.

Jake: Hey Michael I'm sorry...

Jake: I can't go...maybe next time *Sad face*

Michael: Why?

Jake: ...Typing

Jake: ...Typing

Jake: ...Typing

Jake: ...Typing

Seriously? Okay, I'm too drained for this... I simply wanna go home. Waiting here for nothing,(Was soooo...fun!)
